I have loved Apple TV since the first one and it's nice to get this updated Apple TV. It's our way of streaming and it works great.

Easy to set up and use, even for a senior citizen like me.

Works great. Hooked up to the tv fine. Remote is very touch sensitive, but easy to work with. Have it plugged directly into tv by Ethernet.

This is my 4th apple tv and I cannot imagine TV watching without one. UI is clean and super fast.

The repast the store are terrific! Friendly and quick service. As for the open box Apple TV, not so much. Unfortunately the prior owners I’d still controls the device….ugh! I have been told I have to bring it back to the store to correct this issue! Not a good picture of quality control for Best Buy!

I've used it for a month and it's been fast, relaible and has worked very well so far. Primarily use the spectrum app, and other streaming apps as well as youtube.

Faster than the last generation Apple TV. Opens apps quicker and plays with no lag. We use wifi and haven't tried ethernet yet.

Superb device! Bought as an upgrade from my 2015 Apple TV and I’m amazed at how mush an already great device has been upgraded. An excellent buy for any Apple owner.

Undefeated external streaming device. And is even better with the apple ecosystem. The build quality is premium as you’d expect from an apple product.

It arrived quickly and had the option to pick up in the store. Easy to use, plugged in, updated software, and worked seamlessly.

Simple and easy to use. Very easy to setup and link apps with cable provider. Would recommend to anyone with apple products or that wants to simplify their TV streaming performance!

I’ve been using an Apple TV ever since they came out with them. This is the best one yet. It runs smoothly and the the new remote design is amazing.

Bought this to replace a cheap android TV dongle which frequently froze and ran out of storage. Plug and play, fast and responsive and familiar Apple user experience

I like its ease of use. Changing the mic button to the side was a good change.

honestly this feels like an upgrade comprated to the old gen! much faster and more storage! also a little slimmer! onyl thing is i cant find a cable for the new USB C type for the controller

Easy to use. Apple TV never disappoints. I’m a Boomer and struggle with tech but Apple TV is as straightforward as it gets!
