Haven’t had a problem with it as of yet. I bought this as a test because the TV I’d just bought was lagging really bad so I bought this to test. Needless to say I have returned the TV and I’m just going to stick with this.

This latest model checks all the boxes. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

Apple TV and new remote work like a dream for the whole family!

I like it so much, I bought a 2nd one! Only problem for my family is keeping track of the little remote.

Great streaming box. I would take off half a star if I could just due to the overall sensitivity of the wheel on the remote (good for some things, but can be annoying when just trying to use arrows for basic navigation) but excellent in every other regard.

I’ve owned 7 of these devices previously to owning this generation. Have one for every room in my house. This generation is no exception. Love these little devices and I’m looking to upgrade 2 more of my 5 rooms with this new generation Apple TV.

Really Great product . I am using it with my LG C2 as I don’t like the LG OS and its a huge difference. It works seamlessly and is much faster than the regular LG OS. Definitely worth the money

Was hoping for 120hz connection. It works very well but it connects when inturn on tv. The issue is that it wants to take control of all inputs.

This is the first Apple Tv that I purchase and I love how it has integrated with the rest of the Apple product in my home. It show my video doorbell with it is rang and I can use my iPhone as a remote when I cant find the silver one, Haha.

I had purchased this device due to repeated issues with my tv’s built in Android system freezing and restarting while watching youtube or streaming from my local plex host. The apple tv works great the only complaint is the Apple Remote disconnects randomly and will refuse to work until you hold down select. In the last few days I’ve had the remote randomly start selecting right and seemingly locked right while the remote is on the table.

Brilliant option if you are already bought into the Apple ecosystem. If you can use and set up an iPad then this is similar user experience so no learning needed. Great for adding a VPN

Been using Roku so long and this is so much more a cleaner nicer system

Of all the external streaming device options (Nvidia Shield, Amazon FireTV, etc..), the AppleTV 4K product produces the best image when viewing content from services like Netflix, DirecTV Stream, YouTubeTV, and YouTube

Had to replace our old Apple TV that finally failed after 10 years. We decided to stick with Apple for the new device. This Apple TV installed easily, popped up all the channels we had downloaded on our old Apple TV and we were off and running. It only took about 5 minutes total.

Great product for streaming on non-smart TV's. Easy to install and easy to use.

Bought this instead of a Roku 4K for a new Epson short throw projection system based on in store recommendations from Magnolia sales and other customers. It controls my entire system and of course works seamlessly with the other Apple products in the house.

Miles above the competition and the stock operating systems found in new Smart TVs. Very fast and responsive. No more waiting to load apps!

Even though my tv has the Apple TV+ app this allows me to use the special features that the movies I buy have I am very happy with it only complaint it didn’t come with a usb cable for charging

This unit is awesome!!!!!!!! Love the way it makes your iPhone camera zoom in and out as more people join conversation in front of camera. It does a lot. Have not had any problems with it at all
