Easy to use. I love the fitness app, I can scream from my phone to my TV. This has allowed me to cancel other fitness subscriptions.

Works well, love the product, but I’m disappointed that the remote came dead and there was not a cord to charge it included! This was very frustrating. Cheap on apples part. Had to purchase a hdmi cable and now also a usb-c cord in order to even use this product. Disappointed.

Usually messes it up with sound bars. There is huge software flaw and apple needs to address it

I had the very first generation 4K Apple TV unit and never saw the need to upgrade except when the new remote came out. I finally decided that it was time to upgrade because I felt I might be missing out on things that my TV supported that the original 4K Apple TV did not. First, I can tell you if you are on the first generation of 4K Apple TV, this is a solid upgrade. I never knew how slow my original unit was until I used this one. Also, the HDR+ content seems to be richer than on my first generation.

I like this when it works, but the device loses the connection to the remote frequently. Also, when I'm launching an app, sometimes tv os thinks I'm trying to rearrange the home screen. Very frustrating

Just got my appke 4k… much quicker than my ine i got in 2020..the picture is so much clearer an brighter sharp as inly 5k can be

AppleTV is a bit expensive, but the performance is great and the features are fantastic. I have bought three of them so far.

Ive had them all and this one is the one to have, but make sure to go to Best buy and get a tv that goes with this product.

I would have rated this a 5* for quality of build and picture except the fact that using it requires a steep learning curve in comparison to Roku. As an old man with years of Roku experience I may never learn the best way to use the Apple TV remote but the 4K streaming is excellent.

Family loves it but there is a lack of good games on it.

Great for all streaming services in one place. User Friendly OS and great for apple fans especially with an IPhone.

Good but i prefer TVs inbuilt apps as it make you use one less remote.
