    Pre-ordered this model to secure HomeKit benefits to replace our previous Apple TV 4K. Experienced trouble from the onset with it "losing" the remote which required multiple per day re-pairing. That seems to have been resolved. Now the problem is that it loses its internet connection. Geek Squad onsite visit got me monitoring download speeds. Strange, no problem with the internet speeds. Geek Squad connected it to router via ethernet cable. Improved as now it only happens two times per week instead of per day. Contacted Apple and they sent me to BestBuy for service of the unit. Older unit still works great!

    I was hoping this 128GB AppleTV 3ed generation without any problem, but I was wrong. The remote control often stop/freezing. And there is difficult to using keypad- liked moving around for letter in the searching movie titles. Not happy with this apple-tv 3rd generation.

    Constantly having to unplug the box to make the remote work. Also, didn’t see any difference in the audio (box connected to receiver) or the picture quality- (The previous model much better than this one) Also, not worth $150.00
