I love my Apple TV 2022 128 GB. It's the only streaming device I would buy! Works great with my other apple products. If you own apple products then this is the way to go!

I think this is terrible customer service from Best Buy. I ordered this on July 14, 2025 and it was supposed to be delivered on July 16, 2025. It is now July 30, 2025 and we still do not have the product we ordered. We have been billed for it though.

This is the best streaming box. It has all of the visual HDR specs. Dolby and HDR 10+, and it had Dolby Atmos capabilities. Also the ability to future proof with Thread.

Cannot utilize more than one remote at a time . Highly inconvenient.

I have connected via ethernet and i get network not connecting every time i start apple tv.

Works well. Not fond of remote - somewhat difficult to use.

This was supposed to come with an ethernet cable and of course it didn't. :(

Good but not great it doesn’t have all the apps like it should have. But it’s still worth the money. Apple should have came out with a better remote control it still is terrible. You still can’t add a man external Hard Drive which is stupid.

This didn’t provide any upgrade from the app installed on my smart tv. The remote is very sensitive and would jump ahead when fast forwarding. If you don’t have a smart tv, this product would be good.

I was skeptical at first but have absolutely become a believer. The apple TV box is a must. The colors are so vivid and Much better than a smart TV app.

I’ve had issues with the remote not working off and on since I got it. It wasn’t working, then seemed ok, now not working again… of course, after the return window is closed. Very disappointing after paying this much for it. My phone app usually works so at least it’s usable—until tonight when it’s not working with it either.

While the picture is great, it is slow to respond to commands. It also kept stop turning on, or it would stop controlling the sound bar, something at least once a week. I updated, reset it, restarted it, I really tried. Maybe I just got one that was glitchy.

I have a lot of family coming into town. So many nieces and nephews sister-in-law two of them brother-in-law’s two of them two great nieces.

I wanted this product to be great. Remote keeps disconnecting and won’t work

Great streaming device. There is a short learning curve to understand how it functions. Once you get the idea, it is actually pretty clever.

I absolutely love this. Paired with my Verizon account. I travel a lot for work. So I’m in a lot of hotels. I can take this wherever I go.

Great box for streaming the other companies work for a few but stop moving as fast or buffer a lot. This east clean and quick process

So, I have a lot of Apple products- you could say I’m firmly in the Apple ecosystem. Because of that fact and the fact that I had Fubo (split screen capability is only available on Fubo with 4th generation Apple TV)- I felt an upgrade from my Roku was justified. Apple products integrate very well with each other and setting up the Apple TV was a very easy thing. So why the 1-Star review? First few days I couldn’t have been happier. Day 3 I experienced the first lockup. OK, maybe it got stuck on an update. Day 4; i had to unplug the Apple TV for a few minutes before it resumed normal operation. Later that day, it bricked completely. Uh, no. This went back to Best Buy. In its place I bought and NVidia Shield Pro. That device is amazing and I highly recommend it.

Apple used to have universally solid products, this being one of them. In the past. It is glitchy, not on playback, but navigating to get something to play. It goes into voice assist randomly but enough that i know exactly all of the dropdowns required to disable it. Restarts are a weekly thing. Playback and audio are as they should be, solid.

Incredible product. It brings all of my apps in one place and now that I am building a smart home, this is really important.
