i love it and the display and everything, but one frustrating thing is that if you don’t turn it off / pause what your watching before you turn off your whole tv it will keep running and you’ll lose your spot in a show, etc

Apple TV is a great asset for TV watching, it makes the picture sharper, the learning curve is steep with the remote, but worth it, you must have a light touch and have good coordinated hand and eye coordination.

Upgraded from a first generation AppleTV 4K to this for the FaceTime on the TV feature. Takes a little bit to set up, but once done it functions well. Purchased the ethernet enabled one to keep my options open.

I have a Roku, and didn’t think I needed another device. But there are some awesome shows on Apple TV, and it happened to be on sale. It was very easy to install, and easy to add whatever apps you choose…even someone like me who is not tech savvy.

Great for personal room use. Can FaceTime, watch all entertainment apps, and go into computers.

I would recommend to have hardwire to the internet instead of wifi but you should have no problem using either.

Had the first gen apple tv 4k and was hesitant to upgrade because i loved the gesture controls on the first gen remote. This one has the gesture controls still so i didnt lose them. Love the remote and the picture quality is great

What's not to love? I bought this extra Apple TV when I unexpectedly had to stay in a hotel while my home repairs were being addressed. The hotel channel selections were abysmal so I bought this as a quick solution. Easy to connect and set up!

I have been an Apple TV user for many years and wanted to upgrade to the best they have to offer with my last purchase. The included remote is a little different from what I have used before, but was easy to learn.

Super easy to set up and connect. Very fast streaming. Simple to navigate. Well worth the price - overall satisfied with my purchase.

The pictures it produces are great. The remote is super sensitive so it’s kind of a pain to use. You really have to be light with your fingers to get it to where you want it, otherwise your jumping all over the place. But I would still recommend it.

Great upgrade from prior unit. The new style of the remote is much better.

Apple TV is great. A good way to cut the cord. Simple to use and set up and can watch anything at anytime. Highly recommend

I purchased this. Apple TV 4K to replace a 1st gen. Apple TV 4K. My wife wanted to use the FaceTime feature in her craft room. What was a nice bonus is that the picture quality on the TCL TV noticeably improved. Very recommended

I've had the Apple TV since the first iteration. Was looking at updating a Gen 1. Decided to go with the latest version. Very happy with the purchase. From a purely functional standpoint, it is hard to see the difference between Gen 1 and Gen 3. However, looking past the surface, the improvements are apparent. The remote is greatly improved. There is a dedicated power button, which sounds like a very minor detail, but it is quite convenient. The device definitely responds faster and better. The integration with the newest version of the iPhone is apparent. The picture is quite a bit better and the device does run faster. Worth the upgrade.
