The Apple TV 4K (3rd Gen) delivers excellent performance with its A15 Bionic chip, ensuring smooth streaming and vibrant 4K HDR visuals (I do notice better video quality on my TV). The updated Siri remote is user-friendly, and integration with Apple services like TV+, Music, and Fitness+ enhances the experience. The main reason I chose it over other streaming devices is because of FaceTime integration using iPhone’s Continuity Camera. I got a mount from Amazon and it’s fun to FaceTime on TV.

The Apple TV 4K with Ethernet stands out because it combines high performance, premium video/audio quality, stable wired networking, and deep integration with the Apple ecosystem. It’s not just a streamer — it’s a versatile media hub capable of powering a serious home theater or a smart-home setup. Overall happy I bought the device and use it several evenings a week. Some of the available programming specific to Apple make it worth the money to me. It's not inexpensive, but if you know what you're getting, it's worth it. The quality seems top notch overall. My only issues (and this is a pretty common based on the many reviews I've read) are with the remote. In addition to Apple-specific programming, I use the device in conjunction with my cable provider to avoid switching back and forth between boxes. The remote doesn't allow me to simply jump from station to station, though it does offer a user-friendly guide. For example, if I want to go from a local station, numerically typically in the single digits, to a digital station in the hundreds, I have to go through the guide and scroll, scroll, scroll, and I have yet to figure out how to toggle two stations back and forth without the using the same scrolling protocol. This is admittedly a "first world problem", but I mention it to set expectations. The option is of course to just switch back to the cable box when not viewing Apple specific programming. It may well be that Apple views the whole thing as, "That's not how we intend you to use the device,", which I can't argue with. But if you're among the last 27 of us out there who still have cable (I know, I know) it may be worth noting. The thing I just loathe about the dang remote is the Siri button on the side. I don't use it, don't want to use it, but somehow can't avoid it popping up every time I grab it. I don't want a remote that requires surgeon's hands to use. It is very, very sensitive to touch and being on the side nearly guarantees it'll be activated more often than not by simply picking it up. This informs my Ease of Use rating.

Purchased new AppleTV streaming box with 128k replacing OLD, OLD one. Got Starlink and wanted more memory. It works flawlessly.

There are tons of streaming boxes, but with the Apple TV, it is absolutely so quick by just telling Siri which streaming service you want and immediately goes to it. It gets even better if you have Apple products like the AirPods and an iPhone. With AirPods, it allows you to connect so easily and displays its Dolby audio feature. With iPhone and traveling if you wanna take it on the go, you are able to cast whatever you want since it has airplay. With other products you can’t really do that because the actual device has to connect to Wi-Fi by signing in and if you have iPhone, it automatically shares Wi-Fi directly to the Apple TV 4k. If you have the budget, I would absolutely recommend.

Would definitely recommend this over the built in smart systems as they are getting more and more congested with ads, which causes the overall system to feel sluggish.

The BEST streaming device you will every buy! My LG Smart TV has a horrible UI that is slow, unresponsive, and painful to use. After buying this, it made streaming so easy and much easier to use. It has only a few buttons on the remote (which is great for me) and it is very easy to learn how to navigate. I highly reccomend, 10/10 device!

Actually the A/V receiver is key. The Apple TV 4K is an amazing upgrade to previous versions. I run quite a few apps through my Apple TV 4K, including a sound app and various television apps. The Music is set up well and is intuitive. AirPlay from my iPad and iPhone is seamless. Picture quality is impressive, and is only limited by my cable company. The Dolby Vision provides a great improvement prom previous versions. It integrates well with my Marantz A/V receiver. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. This is NOT an Apple issue, but if you use Hulu, it just does not work, although you can either [1] run the Hulu app from another device and AirPlay it to the Apple TV 4K, or [2] use a USB-C / HDMI adapter from a device into either the receiver or the television.

Apple TV is super easy to use and works perfectly with other Apple devices. Streaming is smooth, the picture quality is great, and the interface feels fast and clean. I love how simple it is to switch apps and control everything. A solid upgrade for any TV setup.

Not all streaming devices are equal. This is the perfect example of that. I have had the roku ultra, roku sticks, amazon sticks, chromecast w google tv and the nvidia shield... this apple tv is head and shoulders better than all of them. You get picture quality that is as good as streaming can be, close to physical media. On the latest chromecast, the picture looked ok.. the apple tv is noticeably better. Snappy user interface, easy to manage settings make this device the best streaming device on the market, hands down. Completely worth the premium you pay for this device.

This is a great little streaming box. PQ is great! It's super easy to use. And the remote is awesome! The device does not have a volume adjuster. It relies on your TV volume which is excellent! And you can program the apple tv to then control the volume of the TV. If you turn on HDMI CEC. What that means practically is you never have to touch your TV remote again! Truly convenient.

After having the Amazon fire stick I finally caved and bought the Apple TV and I will never look back. This system is so smooth and powerful and streams flawlessly no interference. The remote is even really cool with the touch pad

I previously owned an earlier generation Apple TV, and this version goes far beyond what I’d expected. The user interface is easy to navigate, picture and sound amazing on my 75” tv & Atmos sound system, the remote is MAJOR improvement over the tiny silver one tjat was perpetually lost. I’ve decided to upgrade all of the Google TVs in our home with Apple TV…purchase #3 coming up soon.

I’ve had this Apple TV for a while now and I will say it is the BEST streaming product. Whether it’s Fire TV, Roku, it beats all of them! It has a sleek interface and is very organized and I’ve experienced no lag with any platforms or shows that I watch. It’s a must buy and it will last you for a long time

Was hesitant on getting an Apple TV since TV’s now have their own OS but if you are on the Apple Ecosystem you will love this product. Everything just works smoothly and how it should with no delay. Much more clean than any TV UI
