Prior to this I’ve used Amazon Fire sticks /TV and have gone through three of them. I’ve yet to utilize all the features, just watching apps I’ve downloaded. I did order a skin for the remote, little suckers will slide right out of your hand if you’re not careful.

Best streamer, always works!

I bought this one to use while traveling and it works pretty dang good in hotels too. The new version also has the USB-C for the remote so it's future-proofed as Apple slowly stops using the stupid lightning port.

This Apple TV is Better, Cheaper -- a Rare Combo

The disc is a bit smaller, yet it's noticeably faster and includes double the storage for a lower cost. The Apple TV is pricier than other alternatives. But you get what you pay for. The operating system and user experience are excellent and easy to use. And the picture and audio quality are top notch. This new Apple TV disk is HDMI 2.1 compatible, so it produces the best quality picture available.
