Replaced my first generation Apple with this new one. Nothing wrong with old one but just couldn’t handle the volume of apps. Now I have an Apple on all my TV’s. Works well with my gen II Apple too.

The Roku TV software platform is okay but the Apple experience is so much more. Way better than our Samsung software experience. Worth the price.

My LG C1 WebOS sucks so I needed an alternative. I watched one movie with my AirPod Pros 2 and will never go back. THIS is the way to watch TV.

Just picking it up will cause it to react. It will change channels or volume will change. It is way to sensitive. I now have an issue that makes no sense. After 6 months use it will not start HULU every time. Twice a week I have to unplug the device so I can watch HULU. All the other aps start just fine. I've now put it away and am back to using my ROKU, which has it's own issues but not as many as this device.

This one is the best by far. The addition to HDR10+ to my samsung tv has been most beneficial to me. If you have a tv with DV then last years might me just fine compared to this one.
