Works for a while thrn the very next day the remote constantly loses connection, even at 90%+ charge. Rinse snd repeat.

Generally love everything Apple but bad remote on this

Yo, this is amazing and I'm amazed how much airplay plays a part of my HT apple made it even smaller now I can mount it wherever!

I purchased three AppleTVs. One went bad within a year of very little use. The picture and sound would cut in and out and the remote would not stay connected, but it was not a bad remote. On that note, I did have a remote go bad on one of my other AppleTVs. It would not hold a charge longer than a day.

Response time is very slow I like to use smart TV app instead Apple TV

Unit heats up in about fifteen minutes. then starts jumping around while listening to music selections. Unacceptable. Replacement unit was exchanged

You need an apple id to do anything. You have to wait a week to recover a password. I can reset a password on anything within a few minutes. Except apple this goes back to the store.

Apple product did not work well with my Samsung TV. Decided to stick with Roku.

Apple likes to be minimalist - so much so that the navigation is not helpful. A straightforward home screen that was clear and easy to use would have worked for me this did not. I hated it and took it back. A streaming device that has me appreciating cable !

Hoyt an open box item and paid full price. Could not resolve the issue without going back to the store and exchange it.
