Plays smoothly every time. Only negative thing I’d say about is the remote buttons take some getting used to and the position of the button for the microphone makes hitting it by accident a sure thing.

I have Apple TV on some other TVs, but our new TV had another service built in. We tried to use that at first, but AppleTV is so much better. No crashes, no apps not work and much more. Definitely worth the money.

We are very pleased with the improvement provided by this upgrade. The picture is even sharper than with the past apple tv. The sound quality is great as well. Very happy with this purchase.

However, beware older TVs may have some issues with it, specifically, the remote. My TV can be turned OFF with this, but it cannot turn it ON. I use have to another remote to turn the TV on then I have to manually change the HDMI input. I spent hours trying to fix it and changing all the settings on my TV and on the apple TV. Kind of a deal breaker, but from my research, it seems it's just an older TV issue. I think my TV is from around 2012ish. Not Apple's fault, but for what it's worth, the latest Fire Stick is a lot easier to use and is perfectly compatible with my TV.

Unlike Amazon fire sticks, and Roku’s. There are no ads on the home screen, and it just works! There’s also an added benefit of being in the Apple ecosystem highly recommend.
