    Constantly having to unplug the box to make the remote work. Also, didn’t see any difference in the audio (box connected to receiver) or the picture quality- (The previous model much better than this one) Also, not worth $150.00

    Was not able to install. Was just replacing current Apple TV device that is several years old. Keep getting message unable to reach Apple TV server. Plan to contact Apple genius lab for help. Hope it is a defective device that can be replaced.

    I give it a three because when using the remote it has issues on the tv with buffering constantly. We switched back to the Samsung tv remote and it’s fine. We tried it a couple of times just to make sure.

    Does what it needs to do. Using devices with Matter connectivity within the Apple-Home-App this is the only later Apple TV option that complies to that type of communication protocol.

    appts. keep freezing up. remote looses connection with apple box. have to unplug several times to reset.picture is fantastic and sound is good but overall stay away from. buy series two model if available.
