Excellent, reliable, and very well executed! I would buy it again in a heartbeat!

This item was purchased as part of a home theatre system. It never worked properly with the sound cutting out intermittently. When I went to exchange it at Best Buy 21 days after purchase I was told my 15 day return period expired and that I should sign up for the extended program for $50 a year.i had to go to the Apple Store to get them to exchange it for a properly functioning unit. Needless to say I am done buying anything from Best Buy.

Remote is not working properly! Connection loss all the time and I should hard reset apple tv to connect again! I had 2nd and 3rd generation apple tv before and no such issues. It should be replaced I think

Remote stop working a month after i bought the apple tv. Apple remote was very touchy when it did work. Hope Apple will improve the remote over time. Very disappointed.

Purchased this brick in December and it stopped working in February. I have been battling with the remote, when you page thru streaming pages it takes on a mind in itself and scrolls thru everything. Then there is the charging status on the remote. Who thought it was a good idea to not provide any sort of external status of the charge other than going to the settings menu on the tv? So now I have an 160.00 BRICK or PAPER WEIGHT. I should have stuck with my Amazon cube, yes it is not as secure as the Apple tv, but then again it is cheap and works just fine.

Love. Big difference from my previous 2017 version. Faster loading.

Its a cool product that has ethernet support for extra reliability

I bought this device to stream Netflix, Hulu, Max, Apple TV, etc. The setup was difficult, kept trying to link everything to my phone when I didn't want it to. Finally got it working and within 24 hours, seemed like it reset itself. I even had difficulty powering this unit on and getting the output to work. I ended up exchanging this for the Roku streaming box, which works great and a much better option.

Great when it works, but I leave min on all day in office, I think it over heats without the vents, used my old one from 2019 and it worked great for 2 months , set up new one lasted a week

Lightning fast operation with all the bells and whistles i like.

Worked well and good quality for all the apps. would recommend
