Great product but the picture pixels a lot for some reason and wish the remote had numbers on it

No charging cord with remote. That’s ridiculous. Sell a complete product apple.

We had an older Apple TV and upgraded to the latest model which was well worth it. We now manage our TV and receiver with just one Apple TV remote!

My tv device, is slow and unresponsive in multiple occations.

We love Apple TV devices. Easy to navigate, instantly communicates with our other Apple devices, and each Apple TV box, even though they are years apart, shares info with each other. The updated remote is a vast improvement over the original.

When I tell you I love my Apple TV so far it’s awesome. I have always knew about the Apple TV but, never gave it a thought to go get one until recently. The reason I did. Due to the fact with my smart tv I have I was tired of always rebooting, being booted out of a streaming app or the buffing when it did do it. To the I point It was at least every other day at the most. I could never figure out why & just thought maybe it was my signal or whatever. To the point I was just like oh well it is what it is & just dealt with it which was quite annoying to be honest. Until recently purchased the Apple TV. As of today I’m dealing with pretty much no issues anymore at all to very little. I like the Dolby Sound, Picture Quality, & the Options offered overall on the Apple Tv, Plus Siri Command if I choose to use it. I’m not quite sure what my previous issues were I was having but, I’m much happier than previous with the issues I was having no doubt. . I feel personally all gadgets & tv’s have there own personal issues no matter what rather it’s a small issue or big one even with a newer tv such as what I have. The one thing I can say for sure with my purchase there was no regrets on my purchase. It was very much worth the price with no regrets…..Apple products are always above & beyond with very minimal issues if that. Once again thank you Apple. If your debating on getting one. There will be no second guessing you did. Once you do decide to purchase an Apple TV GO GET YOU ONE you will be very pleased with your purchase & more than like a bit more at ease such as myself with no regrets that you did.

Best Buy staff are great to work with!! From Joshua assisting with the purchase and scheduling of installation of the Apple TV. Justin and partner did an excellent job of installing the new device and updating the remote programming. The screen seems to be a bit brighter with the 4K system applying. Should have purchased unit earlier.

I bought this to pair with my new LG OLED C5. I run PLEX at home and my old TCL 4K TV was getting a bit sluggish. I had read that the LG PLEX app was less than ideal so I went with Apple TV. Being an Apple house, setup was a breeze. All of our Apple IDs work with it. Having a home screen free of ads is almost worth the price itself. It’s quick and paired easily with the LG TV and the JBL 300MK soundbar.

This is one of my best purchases. It has really given my old TV a high-class, upgraded look.

So I’ve had the 1st generation then the 2nd generation and with each one I’ve upgraded I could totally tell the difference in picture quality! But man the new one is a whole different level. The picture quality is amazing! You totally notice the difference. And it’s the same tv! Even the sound! I don’t understand how but I now watch everything off my Apple TV!! And I only ordered it cause I was using my daughters 4K one and I needed my own so I bought the newer one and I still can’t believe the difference. It will not disappoint you!! Love it!

Absolutely love the new Apple 4K TV. Had a 2nd gen 1080p model before this. This is much faster. The graphics are improved and the Color and quality of the picture is greatly improved

Feels very smooth and I like the ease of connecting wireless accessories such as headphones. Using this along with the air pod pros 2 sounds great. I was annoyed with the controller at first because I accidentally swiped instead of clicked but then I found out you can turn it off swiper controls and now its great. I also like the ability to find the controller with the app on ios. I wish it had an audible sound to make locating it even easier.

This is a game changer and powerful enhancer of Apple Apps! I love being able to see my things on 4k without having to break my pockets.

Fantastic device, made my old Samsung tv run so much faster.

A sleek, small box that gives you all the apps you want via a HDMI input with 4k capabilities. Having owned several variations of both Roku's and Amazon Fire sticks, the major differences are the 'apple' like interface, which is much cleaner of a home page than either of the other streaming sticks, and the remote, which feels much more premium than the others, with its tactile buttons and touch enabled circle pad. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that some of the apps are either neglected from Apple in this product, or have been slightly tweaked in how they work. One example is that using Hulu Plus Live in, say, a Samsung TV Hulu app, the 'back' button on the TV remote will allow you to drop back to the live TV guide, where the back button the Apple TV will exit the Live TV session. Another example is the Netflix app and its slightly tweaked layout. Overall, still a good product.
