I replaced a Fire cube which was getting wonky and had a terrible interface. The Apple TV is a joy to watch and navigate. Almost intuitive. I especially like the "what's next". With my old Fire cube, I wasted a lot of time looking around for episode next the series I had been watching. This feature saves a lot of time and frustration. I resisted spending the extra money for an Apple TV, but it was worth every penny.

I have 2 samsung tvs, 1 & 7 years old, 9 and 8 series respectively. All this to say, even the new TV is slow to navigate between apps. The apple TV is a welcome upgrade that feels more on par with a modern computer. The only downside is the onscreen keyboard is a single row and the screensaver can bug out and cause the background to turn green. Toggling the screensaver off and back on will fix the issue, but it took a long time to get to that conclusion.
