This is the third Apple TV I've bought for my home. My eldest apple TV (I think it may have been 3rd generation, or whatever the latest generation was before they started making it with the black remote) didn't work with Disneyplus and kept telling me I had to sign in over and over. This has great features, much the same as the non 4K apple TV, and I can't tell a huge difference on my 4k TV from the normal 1080P appleTV.

It's good so far just that I wish we didn't have to pay a fee since this item is pricey .

I upgraded from original Apple TV to this for 4K. The remote alone is worth the upgrade.

New Apple TV app makes a difference. If you use multiple content providers like iTunes, PS4 Vue, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon... this is app for you. Everything became cross referenced and it is easy to find and acquire any movie or show for best price.

Great product, the only con is the remote control. Its not very good when navigation

I bought 2 of these items and they work great. No problems. Then I found out that BestBuy no longer provides rewards for any Apple products unless you use the Bestbuy credit card. That is terrible. Bestbuy is going downhill.

Great streaming device with high level of connectivity. Great for apple devices since you could use your device as the remote. Has all major streaming service (Netflix, hulu, hbo max, disney, amazon, etc)

We got Apple TV when we disconnected our expensive Direct TV and love it. We don't miss our Direct TV at all. We have more channels and options with our Apple TV than we ever had before.

Excellent streaming quality, now with Atmos and wireless HiFi when connected to one or more HomePods! I feel this is the most solid streaming box I’ve ever bought, so much so that I’ve given two as gifts!

At first i thought i didnt need one but i am a apple user so it helps me watch my anime if i am not willing to use my computer so i use screen mirror connect my airpods or other bluetooth headsets. I dont regret buying one

AppleTV offers so much more than other devices. I also keeps all my digital purchases within a single platform. I can pick up where I left off on a different device connected to my TV (even in a different state) when I log into my account.

Apple TV is great product. I fell in love tge remote. The ring around menu button is very helpful. One drawback is we cannot watch Youtube in 4k. Overall great product but you will need to pay more than what other products are offering.

AppleTV is simply amamzing. The user experience is phenomenal and features are incredible. It’s a joy over the previous model being able to download apps much like other Apple IOS platforms. I use mine with Hulu Live Internet TV and all functions perfectly.

I have an older television that is not smart. It does not have internet capability and using the Apple TV brings new life to it. I now have a television that is smart and I can enjoy all the apps on it my friends do on their smart TVs

Glad I got it, but rarely use it, too complicated. The tech that explained the set sup went too fast and did not understand. Finding things to watch is too challenging. Maybe one of these days I will find someone to explain how to use. Until then, just pay pay pay. No doubt the product is good, Just set up and training was inadequate. Techies need to be reminded the client does not know as much as they know.

4 stars because I hate the new remote design and some interface design. But, love the capabilities.

We gave up cable about a year ago. We love the quality of the video on our new AppleTv. Never going back.

Expensive apple product but it looks good and works great

Great streaming device. Controller is a bit touchy that is why I rated 4 stars. Love my Apple products.
