Great product, Horrible Customer Service

Best Buy WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND TAVEL ( 1hour journey from our house) We went to the store for customer support and knowledgeable ,helpful sales staff. We got Neither. We actually had to watch a you tube video on my phone comparing on shelf products because our sales person was a scared young man who treated us like we has the plague ! He was rude ,stand off-ish and mumbled ; then just walked away !!!!!! I would recommend that you review similar products online ,you tube is full of them;then order your choice of product from Amazon. Same Price,Same Product No smart alec little kid to deal with as well as the rest of the sales staff being completely uninterested in our customer experience or happiness. We Will Never Return aTo Best Buy for Anything. We have been loyal Best Buy customers for decades, No More!

Replacement Apple TV
