I dont like the way apple trys to take control. Especially with thejunk remote with so few buttons. Overall the apple TV is not a great streaming choice, imo. I would go with roku for more options and less headaches with control of tv,apple, and other devices.

I like the 4K ability. New remote seems easier than the old ones. Still can’t quite understand why my old 1st gen ATV isn’t supported anymore, even though it had built in storage, etc.... but that’s kinda off topic. Does what I want it to and is fairly reliable.

This Apple TV had replaced the cable box for my 12 year old TV. I can get all kinds of stations and sync it with my I-phone and I pad. It even works with the Nest in my house. I just talk into the small remote control and I can turn on and off the lights, Screen Mirror it with my I pad and i phone and do many other things. I am also saving on the rental fee of the cable box. In a year the Apple TV will have paid for itself.

The Apple TV 4K performs very well and is very easy to setup, provided you have an iPhone.

Super easy to use. Voice recognition. No longer needs screen mirror for non smart tv.

We purchased this to run in our bedroom. It’s perfect for what we need. We can use our iPhone’s to control it. It’s awesome.

This Apple TV is good no issues at all. Some of the features are easy to use and some are hard to find out how to use. If you own an iPhone you will be a lot more better off then if you don’t. I have had no issues with my Apple TV.

Setup is a little tricky, especially if controlling more than the tv. There is no guidance for setting up timing issues with multiple devices. The remote is very sensitive and difficult to use. Roku remote is a lot easier to use. Would recommend If for tv only.

I recently bought a new OLED screen and was using the previous model Apple TV during a couple months before upgrading my Apple tv to the 4K version, and I am glad I did. The Apple TV 4K upgrade made a HUGE difference in screen quality. Well worth doing. Dont forget to also upgrade your HDMI cables since they play a big role too,

Love this updated version of Apple TV There is a lot of content to watch. Very easy to use.

If you have a 4K HDR TV and Dolby Atmos enabled sound system, this is for you. After researching Movies with Atmos, I found that Netflix has by far the most content out there. Problem is, with the exception of a few very high end TV's the Netflix native app on most tv's doesn't support Atmos. The only Streaming Device that works is the Apple TV 4K. Also, the iTunes store has a huge amount of Dolby Vision / Dolby Atmos movies. It costs more than the "sticks", but it's much better.

Picture quality is great as I've been using a PS4 Pro for 4K and it does not compare to the video output of this device.
