My only issue is with the remote when I first used it it slipped from my hand twice. I had returned a Roku Ultra and this remote is smaller for grip I wrapped a rubber band around its width and that solved the slippery problem Using the interface is great and I believe it has a better pic than the Roku Ultra.

Both 4K and OS upgrade are worth it. Highly recommended. The ease to find content in all the subscriptions searching in just one place is really well done. If you own a 4k tv, and a bunch of apple devices this is a no brainer. If you are not into the Apple ecosystem, maybe something cheaper will do the trick.

Love my new Apple TV 4K!! I have been streaming Netflix and Hulu through a PS3 for the past few years and what a difference (like night and day)!! The picture is so much better and I don't feel the need to replace my television anymore! And now I have the added benefit of watching my iTunes movies on a big screen! Yippee!!

I’ve had this for almost a month now and it’s great. I used to have an Amazon fire stick, but something about this is more smooth and higher functioning. Fits in well with the rest of my Apple products. On movie nights, it connects easily with my HomePod for a great sound experience.

I am truly amazed at the speed and reliability of this Apple TV product. The smart app on my new 75 inch Samsung TV doesn’t come close to the performance of this device. Also, this Apple TV product outperforms the 3 other Roku devices I recently purchased and use in my house. It is expensive but really adds to the seamless experience of watching the excellent picture on my 75 inch Samsung. No more annoying pauses while buffering streaming video. Again, it is pricey but it delivers superior performance. Everyone should have at least one in their home. Don’t be surprised if their are squabbles about whose turn it is to watch their favorite streaming video programs using the Apple TV box. The Apple TV remote also controls my TV power, sound, and Sonos sound bar volume. Using a single remote is so much more convenient. I love it.

It runs super smooth, great quality images, games and videos. Super easy to use. You definitely need this if you have a 4k tv.

High quality image. You can even share photos you take on your iPhone with the big screen. Fantastic set top box. Amazing integration with all of my Apple products. The HDR / 4k looks great. The speed, ease of use, connection abilities, and app store are way above the competition. In this case you definitely get what you pay for.

This device is the king of streaming. If you want 4K and 1080p at it's highest quality, you have to get the Apple TV 4K. Its user interface is also the highest level. The Roku is a very nice streamer but if you want the elite, this one is the best. If you have a 4K tv or home theater, you need this.

I’ve owned the previous versions and this one has several welcome additions. It automatically learns your tv’s volume and power button controls, Auto-power-on for TV when you press any button, tap with your iPhone to setup. More apps and 4K also great. Very pleased with this purchase.

After trying out Amazon Stick and Roku, we have found a winner. My main issue with the other streaming devices was the picture quality wasn't good on certain apps for whatever reason. Even though I didn't want to pay all this money for this streaming device, I have heard nothing but great things about the Apple TV device so I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. It's very easy to set up and the home screen alone, I could tell a difference in the picture quality with it being 4k. I downloaded all of my apps and I can't be more happier. The picture quality is not only the best I've seen it, but I have access to all of my apps including HBO Max which I couldn't get on the firestick or Roku. The remote is different too, but easier to use than a regular remote in my opinion. I'm glad I got this and it was definitely worth the investment. I would highly recommend this to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

After buying a 4K TV and apple releasing the 4k apple TV it is a must have. When I got it the 64gb were very hard to come by, they were always sold out. Since I am mainly using it to watch movies I thought I would need the 64gb but it does not turn out to be the case. The movies are not actually stored on the TV itself. The only reason I would recommend getting the larger storage is if you plan to store a lot of apps or games on it. I also love that I am able to screen share form all of my apple devices straight onto my TV. I have an iPhone, ipad and mac so it just makes sense to have this as a companion device. If you do not have any other apple devices then it is probably not the device for you. However, it is capable of using all the major apps (Netflix, hulu, amazon video) so it is a good investment if you do not have a smart TV. Overall I love this TV and recommend it to anyone.

Great picture quality, and I like the interface. However, the remote sucks and everything about using the remote sucks. Another HDMI out would be good.

I upgraded my third generation Apple TV to the latest version so I could watch Hamilton on Disney+. It worked perfectly for that and also lets me watch Netflix and PBS Passport. I also get a year of Apple TV+ for free. It’s easy to use, too, with the included remote.

This Apple product really heightens the picture and sound quailty of video and/or quality of iTunes! Well worth it price!

I was skeptical about this, but after buying it and using it for the past month, I would definitely buy it again. Picture quality is fantastic! I love being able to start something on my iPhone or iPad and pick up where I left off on the TV. I love being able to show pictures from my MacBook Pro on the big screen.

I had the older version of Apple TV and decided to upgrade for the better picture quality. Glad I did! Highly satisfied.

We have several of these babies! We gave all our 4th generation Apple TVs to family members who don’t live with us and setup Family Sharing. This way everyone can watch our entire iTunes catalog at their house. If you have a 4K TV (We have an LG OLED from Best Buy, only way to go!), then you need this! All our HD movies purchased through iTunes are automatically upgraded to 4K HDR as soon as Apple makes them available. Free of charge! Watching Transformers in 4K is just magical!
