    This was my first time purchasing an "open-box" item from Best Buy and using the online ordering and pick-up. The item had some scratches around the HDMI port in the rear which was a little annoying given it was listed as "excellent" condition but other than that it has worked perfectly and the scratches are out of sight since I placed the Apple TV in my TV stand.

    has great video , you must be tech savvy to kept settings for 4k hrd don't like that it does not have a on and off switch. once you learn how to use it , has great video in 4k hdr
