On the whole I’d say it’s glitchy. I had no issues with the previous model. This one will freeze just playing music from my iMac, or the colors will go all wonky when switching from content to the menu, Content will sometimes freeze if I scrub too much... Admittedly my all-wireless setup is unusual but it worked with the previous AppleTV. With this it can take like 15 minutes to get everything talking to each other again after a freeze and reboot. But when it’s working which is most of the time I love it.

I am able to access everything in one place and it's easy to use. My husband doesn't like the touch portion of the remote and has had some trouble getting use to it but honestly I think he just hasn't really taken the time to get used to it.

Upgraded from 2nd gen Apple TV to 4k

I like the layout of the 4k appletv and have enjoyed the free year of AppleTV+. My old AppleTV still works and I'm hoping this one lasts just as long!

We are super happy with the product and it’s nice to have all our applications through one area making it easier to enjoy all our content.
