Since there are no 4k channels on TV, this is perfect.

We had an in warranty failure, Apple Quickly setup our drop off at UPS and almost had it back to us before we got back, Not really, but it was only a couple of days, Still love Apple TV, Just not the Free Apple TV+ Service, Won't use other streamer any more, who has time for that?

Apple TV is the Best. I enjoy Apple Products better than any other product on the market. I can go to Best Buy and Purchase all or any of the Apple TV Product. I have already purchased Five Apple Products from Best Buy. Their Service is the best you’re in and out in a short amount of time.

Works well, but most smart TVs and cable DVRs offer 90% of the same capability already built-in.

Overall, this is a great product. We were able to ditch cable and save money! The remote is very sensitive and takes some getting used to.

This just feels like what a quality streaming device should look and feel like. Hardware supports Dolby Vision when Roku and others do not. User interface is intuitive and responsive. Remote can be recharged with existing iPhone charging cables. Last, but not least, it gets regular software security updates!!!

The TV picture is amazing. The only think I don't like about it is the remote. The top half is a button and the interface to select is not great.

This is my 2nd Apple TV. Upgraded to get the 4K. I have an older 4K tv, so,can’t take advantage of the HDR or whatever that setting is. But I really like the new menu system, and Siri. It’s fast and easy to navigate. If you have a newer smart tv, you probably don’t need this. But i purchase/rent a lot of digital movies these days.

Definitely happy with this purchase. Easy to setup and use.

Takes some getting use to from the old version, but works great. interface is much different and it certainly highlights the Apple content, I'm getting better ever time I use it. one nice thing is that you only load in the apps w for what you want all the rest don't clutter the thing up.

Much better than older version with Additional options that allows it to be built to our specifications. Remote is a pain for big fingers. You need a light touch. Positive note is I can use my Apple phone as a remote. This is a plus since the husband always looses the remote.

Great product but had faced an annoying obstacle when I tried to set it up. My WiFi has a security feature where you have to manually add devices by their MAC address. However, with this model, you can’t complete the set up until you connect it to the internet. And you can not see this devices MAC address until after the set up. So it was problem that some people should know. Especially some college kids because dorms and student housing tend to use that WiFi security features. And maybe hotels

Apple products always work. Can’t say that about others.
