I have the Fire TV cube and I’ve just purchased the Apple TV. Overall I like the Apple TV better, it’s much easier to use and just flows better.

Originally purchased this so I could watch HBO Max on the big screen seamlessly. Then I became immersed in the clarity no matter the streaming service or video. Would definitely recommend for anyone who has apple products and loves a true quality streaming experience.

This was one of my three purchases of these systems - all three are trustworthy and reliable devices that facilitate much more than my cable company would readily provide. Easy to use as long as you pay a little attention with where you put your fingers on the remote.

Apps are easy to download and add to the device and audio and video quality are excellent. Only con is that it's a bit pricey.

If you’re using HomeKit for home automation, Apple TV works fantastically. I turn on and off my tv with it which works super well with the hue system I have throughout my home. I don’t ever have to get up and physically turn anything off. EVER!

Bought this $200 media streamer because a certain app isn't supported on firestick ($30). The new remote takes some getting use to, but over all it works great. One downside is that this thing freezes!!!! What is going?? It wasnt working the other day and after looking on the internet it seems this is a problem for a lot of people. You have to restart it for it to work again. Not that big of a deal, but still irritating enough when you spend $200 and it stops working 1 month in.

My kids love playing games on Apple TV, they have lots of kids games. Also audio quality and picture quality is far superior if I compare it with chrome cast 4K and Amazon Fire 4K. If you are in apple eco system then this is a no brainer, must go for this one.

We purchased the Apple TV 4K to replace the original Apple TV that we had in our living room. We wanted to stream a TV service instead of use cable so we wanted a new Apple TV. I have been happy with this purchase so far. The setup was very quick and easy. It has more options than our previous Apple TV.

This would get 5 stars if it were not for the remote. I personally do not like the touch pad on the remote. It was interesting at first but now that I've had some time to use it, I'd prefer the standard remote capability with separate buttons. Also, it would be nice if you could automatically sync with the same product so that it would already know which Apps you have and duplicate it. I stead you have to redownload them again and then try to remember your log-in information. Nevertheless, it's still a great product.

This is seriously the best streaming device available. Easy to hook up and link with my current iCloud account. If you are an Apple user, this is a must have. Going to be buying more for every room in the house. Pairs well with the new line of Bose Smart Home speakers as well. :)

Purchased when we bought our OLED TV and couldn’t be happier with the image quality. Netflix premium streaming 4K HDR is impressive watching “Ozark”, “Stranger Things” or other high quality content. My biggest complaint is with the remote; no keypad makes it challenging to type. There is an AppleTV remote app that provides that functionality but that is redundant. Please Apple, figure it out. Otherwise it is reliable and an excellent hub for digital content. My max rating is 4 out of 5 stars, so this is the deliverable state of the art in my world.

Bought this to upgrade a Apple TV that we were boring from a family member. This is just what we needed, it was able to bring all of our digital subscriptions together for easy access. The picture quality with our 4K TV is beautiful!! I’m looking to add additional Apple TVs to my other bedrooms.

I purchased this from Best Buy 12/2019. I love the Apple TVs. I replying here to warn you do NOT buy this from Apple! I purchased this and got AppleTV subscription as part of it. However, I never actually used the AppleTV service. I then purchased the AppleTV 4K (gen 2) from Apple directly--only because it was supposed to include 1 year of Apple TV service free. It was a promotion. Today I got a bill for Apple TV. I called Apple to find out why--and they said that their promo was tied to my user ID, not my device. That was 3 years prior!! And it was not repeatable. Are you kidding me? That was a sham promotion. So... be careful and purchase from BEST BUY instead of Apple. At least I would have gotten my frequent buyer points and could have gone to the store to pick it up.

This was one of the most surprisingly enjoyable purchases in years. Simple to install and sync up to wifi and tv. The remote isn't too complex and becomes intuitively easier with use. Highly recommended and would definitely purchase again.

The new 4K Apple TV is great! Considerably higher quality in capabilities over the previous generations. I have 2 of the older generations and hung on to them for a long time but now wishing I hadn't. The gaming features and the new interface of this generation are welcome additions. Highly recommend.

I Have waitting this apple 4k tv 64gb latest version for few years .Finally it comes out, now this device have all feature I want Dolby atmos, Dolby vision and very smooth when you play, picture beautiful compare with my Sony 4k player. This Device you must have if you love to watch movies .

Great unit added all my apps to unit .Was using dish tv canceled my service and use just the different apps.I saved a lot of money by going this way and better signal .Much better choice of channels i enjoy to watch.Easy to use.

I'm not a binge watcher but when I do turn on the TV, I want a set top box that delivers a hassle-free experience. Apple fans like to say that Apple's products "just work" and this one is no exception. If you're into Apple's ecosystem, the setup is a breeze. Performance is fine; I get what I want from it.

I bought my new Apple TV to enable me to watch Sundance Now with my existing TV setup. It's replacing a model that is probably 10 years old. The only complaint I have is it took a bit to figure out the remote - and I admit I still occasionally struggle with it.
