Although I had a ‘smart tv’ already i put this on it and love it. Fast boot up times and so easy. And how the remote of it works with the tv is great! I have two of these in my house now and being an Apple guy makes everything flow together with even easier to use!

We have Apple TV’s in every room we have a TV as we cut the cord with the cable company a few years ago and love them. Bought this 4K to go along with a new LG OLED 65” CX series TV to match 4K capabilities. Combo is fantastic.

Apple never disappoints and this Apple TV 4K is another amazing device that exceeded my expectation. I recently became a cord cutter and purchased another streaming device and it did not provide the quality for all the apps I needed. I had a Apple TV (previous generation) in another room on a non 4K I smart tv and it provided a excellent streaming experience for all my apps and streaming tv services. I took back the sub par competitor’s device and purchased this Apple TV for my 4K smart TV. The quality and smooth operation makes it worth the money. Also if you have other Apple products like I do it mirrors and functions seamlessly making it a no brainer. All streaming service apps do not work the same across all device. Quality is huge for me and this device provides that and a great experience across all streaming apps I have. Highly recommend!

I purchased this version for my livingroom TV when it was first released and love it. It's easy to use and works great! I just bought a second one for my bedroom after my firestick stopped working. Well worth the difference in price.

Plethora of programming within this small device. Sparse remote control does it all, and with voice command if one chooses to use it that way. Recognizes all of the devices around the house. Apple ID is required. Very easy setup.

Apple TV allows access to many viewing options like movies from iTunes, Vudu Apps, Netflix, MoviesAnywhere and view other App options. If your equipment allows you can view 4K, Dolby Vision and HDR. The image quality (given your equipment & cabling support the options) is fabulous!

UI is very responsive and it’s very easy to add apps. Short learning curve for using the remote then it’s very easy to use. Very easy to scroll thru apps and information. I especially like how easy it is to precisely adjust a video or movie playback.

For the most part the Apple TV 4K is excellent. The picture it produces is excellent. The remote is convenient and easy to use. The only problem I am having is the Apple TV does not like Amazon Prime. It is constantly giving error messages, and telling me to check with Amazon. I know the problem is not Amazon because when I play Prime through my Sony Blu-Ray player everything works perfectly. I think it is just another episode of Apple not playing well with other children.

I am truly a fan of all apple products!!! The rich color and definition on this apple tv is amazing!!!

This Apple TV is awesome. I purchased it to be able to watch cable shows on my TV in my bedroom. It connected up to the network seamlessly and works perfectly. I love using my Apple TV and I want to get another one for the living room.

Good performance for 4K content. Apple has the best versions of The Hulu, Plex, and Netflix apps of any of the media boxes.

This is a perfect addition to a 4K TV, all subscriptions and apps carry over over as well as ability to airplay from iPhone and iPad. Picture perfect - better than cable transmission. Works fine with Wifi but if you have the ability to hook up ethernet, it would be better.

I’ve been using the older generation Apple TV and absolutely love it, but I had to upgrade to the newer one for accessibility to the new apps and features. Apple ready did a great job at making nice little upgrading tweaks with the touch control on the remote and being able to charge it with a lightning cable in lieu of replacing the battery. The remote also has a nice weight to it and you feel less likely to lose such a small thing. I also like how the remote has volume control. Setting up the logins in the apps were a breeze too since you’re able to use the keyboard through your phone. (I have an iPhone). The toggle between Apple TV+ and what’s available through purchasing is not very distinctive, so be careful of what you think is actually part of Apple TV+, but overall I’m very happy with the new Apple TV.

although it is a little bit more expensive than other popular streaming devices, it’s light years ahead in terms of quality & speed. the convenience of being attached to all of my Apple devices is also a bonus. lifelong Apple cult member!

Apple TV is the best device! We love streaming our favorite shows and movies through Apple TV! I love that we are able to delete apps we don't use and download others from the app store. The 4K model does have a noticeable improvement in picture quality.

Although a lot of smart TVs have built-in online access, I still love this little black box. I can access my purchased movies, music and apps all in one place. And the fact that I can Air-play directly from my phone is one of many awesome features.

Apple needs to update their Apple TV. The Apple TV line was really good when it was introduced, but everyone else has caught up. It’s fine for what it does, but many smart TVs have as good interfaces. I’d like to see more interactivity, filtering ability, and support for gaming. The remote is easy to use, it offers little support for gaming. Overall, it’s just overpriced. Under $50 would be about right, but it’s 4X that.

My Apple Music, Movies and everything else I have on Icloud I have access on my TV now, I love it!!!

This is the best streaming device on the market. It provides the best picture clarity, best color range, best HDR, best audio, the easiest to use interface, and the controller and device look and feel high quality and reliable long term.

This Apple TV is an improved version from the last one I purchased. I like the picture quality and the ability to mirror my IPhone. This allows us to have everyone in the room view pictures or video content from the connected phone.
