Yes, the magic remote takes some time to get used to but the interface and ease of use is second to none. Easy to navigate and has everything you need and then some.

Why did I wait so long?!

If you have apple devices, the AppleTV is a great addition if you're looking to streaming or an easy way to screen mirror an iPhone or iPad. Set up is a breeze if you have an Apple device, connect via bluetooth and away you go. You can even use your iPhone as the remote and a keyboard when searching for titles. The AppleTV does a great job with downloading, buffering, etc, so you don't get annoyed with video pausing. So far the AppleTV content is just as good as netflix, amazon, etc. While they're still building their content, their lineup is star studded.

It is fast and the improved quality of audio and video is well worth the money. Glad I updated.

The directions are very limited that come with it, but YouTube was a big help. Now I’m getting a little familiar with it and it has become very easy to use. I recommend it, but if you’ve never used one do the tutorial and watch some videos to see what it can do for you.

Once I installed the Apple TV the picture is out of this world! Now I want to get Apple TV for the bedroom. It’s a vicious cycle!

Worth the wait!!

All of my digital 4K movies were available in 4K when I signed onto my acct. Love how Apple products make it so easy for its users to transition to upgrades!

Great addition to my 4K TV

Replace Apple 2nd gen with 4k version.

I like the new GUI and setting it up was relatively easy although there was some confusion when using my iPhone as the remote. The actual remote is difficult to use. It's very sensitive so moving the cursor takes practice. After install I noticed that the quality of the picture on my TV was very poor. And actually I believe it was a result of the Apple TV, but I'm not sure. I also get periodic black screens now. And again I can't tell if it's this unit or the cable. The screens may be an indication of buffering, but I can't tell because nothing comes up. The black screens go away in 10-15 seconds. Also it's really become a nuisance that I have to reset the Apple TV 4k before I can bring up HBOmax. A week after I purchased my Apple TV 4k, and new model was announced. Oh well.
