This works great with my 4K tv and on perfect for the storage! The picture quality is great and this is easy to use!

Easy to set up, easy to use. Anything on the screen of your Apple device - photos, videos, movies - can be put up on your television set, and you can listen to music from your iPhone or iPad over your home theater system!

I've owned the older generation but rarely used it except for movies so when I got my bill from the cable provider recently and it was wrong yet again, it was time for a switch. I've never really streamed to be honest, so when I cancelled my cable provider I found another way to get my shows and movies. Apple 4k made the switch very easy. Its easy to install, easy to set up, easy to use. The remote takes a bit of getting used to based on its sensitivity but other than that.. Simply perfect!

I love my Apple TV! I've never owned one before and I was finally able to get it. I'd been waiting for months. All of the features it has make my life, so much more convienient and relaxing when I use it. Within 10 seconds, I can go from watching a tv show to "play music" to pause and right back or simply say "youtube" and it open the YouTube app or open a game and then say "resume music" or "play ......(name of song)". I love how quick it can do so many things with all of the remote's different features. It almost feels like multitasking it's so quick, lol. The one downside would be mirroring. Read to the end though, it's not as bad as I first make it sound. I like to use mirroring to watch shows off the internet that I look up (rather than a show on a specific channel or app), this is the only way I can watch some shows, without a computer at the moment, on a larger screen. Sometimes it'll mess up pretty bad and other times the pixels work amazingly and are crystal clear. I've noticed more times than none, it'll happen when I'm using YouTube, so I'll just switch to the tv's YouTube app instead and the problem's solved! It usually behaves and does really well when I'm watching a show through the internet though. It just occasionally messes up randomly. To be honest, I can be a picky person. I can't explain enough how much so, so you'll just have to believe me, but this one problem does not make the Apple TV not worth getting because it doesn't act up all of the time and sometimes you can get it to do better depending on the settings you set your tv's pixels on as well (though that didn't help mine, which again, isn't a problem most of the time). You can still enjoy whatever you're watching without any trouble and all of the other features make it really enjoyable! I wouldn't want any of the other similar devices. I own a roku tv in one of the other rooms and it's not even worth it compared to all of the features and easy access the Apple TV has that I really like and work well for me and just has in general. The Apple TV is unique with its features no matter what some others might say. This has also helped me spare up some of my storage space on my iPhone because I was able to download and easily transfer my game's data from my phone to the tv and then delete the app on my phone and all progress still saves on the tv with no problems. When I set up my tv, I also made sure that everything was logged into the gmail account I usually use, so that everything is easily accessible, smooth, and quick. I couldn't be happier and I've never enjoyed watching or using my tv more in my life (not exaggerating. it's amazing). Highly recommend!

Once you unbox the Apple TV and plug in the hdmi, Ethernet, and power cables you’re good to go. There was minimal set up time with setup taking care of itself. My one annoyance is the first time you download the apps from the channels you plan to watch is constantly signing in through the same provider login info. Wish you could do it once and that it would automatically sign you in to all other channels. Besides this I like the interface and ease of finding the programs and channels. I like that you can speak into the remote and say things like “turn subtitles on” and it just does it for you. One minor annoyance is accidentally hitting the menu and go back buttons by mistake. The touchpad also seems too easy to click if there’s such a thing meaning that I sometimes activate the “seek” feature by mistake. Other than that it is another sleek product and am happy with my purchase.

This is the 4K 64GB and the picture quality is great. Best thing is that it comes with a year of Apple TV which is a great bonus. Very easy to use and to connect to your exhisting TV with an HDMI cord. If your TV is 4K capable then you will love the picture quality. Something worth invensting in if you don't want cable subscrition, you can download apps like Movies Anywhere or CBS All Access and watch then in high quality. Very easy to use

This has to be the best streaming device out there. It works so much better than the Roku or the built in apps on the TVS. I would prefer if I could buy a "dumb" UHD 4K TV and then get the smart device of my choice. If you are part of the Appke ecosystem, this just fits cleanly. Homekit works flawlessly, the fact you can use your iPhone or iPad for text entry is simply amazing. No extra app is needed.

This is the box I have been waiting for apple to release. Have it hooked up to an LG OLED tv and the picture is absolutely stunning. Plus, Apple upgraded a lot of my previously purchased movies to 4k HDR for free!!!

I have had an Apple TV for almost 5 years and enjoy the flexibility it gives me. Now that we have an RV, I decided to upgrade to the 4k with 64GB of storage. Now I can download a lot of content and watch even when we have no wifi, cell or cable service. This is especially great on rainy days in the camper. We don't watch a lot of TV, but sometimes, I just want to relax and enjoy some entertainment.

Well spent money for this the top rated streaming box. No complaints from me. Takes my Verizon cable service to another level when viewing thru my apple box. The improvement my Samsung HD TV gets in picture quality and audio sound quality makes the apple box purchase well worth it. One minor complaint is it takes time to learn how to use the remote control. Never met a remote I like anyway.

The shopping experience (buy online, pick up in store) was flawless. Dealt with friendly people at the store and was out of there in no time. 5 stars. The device's picture and functionality are good. But the remote is very small and very slick, so I accidentally dropped it...and the touchpad absolutely shattered, ruining the device. Apple should be ashamed of itself for putting out a device that is so easy to drop and which sustains damage so easily. I didn't even get to enjoy it 24 hours...and now have had to spend $56+tax to order a replacement online. Did I drop it? Yes, but only due to its lousy design. Am I upset? You betcha. I also ordered protective covers, including a glow in the dark one, so that the replacement will hopefully have a longer life than this one did.

It does what it says. If you ha e a 4K TV and watch a lot of streaming like Netflix, directv now, etc this is a great media box, especially if you have an iPhone or iPad. The ATV Can now play movies and shows in 4K. there are now many different resolutions that you can watch. I have a 2016 OLED LG and I can see a definable improvement compared to the 4th gen ATV. It’s processor is that if an iPad somthings are definitely faster. You still can use your iPhone as a controller or to type for searches. Set up was easy and once I entered in my username and password it set itself up based on the set up of my old ATV. I didn’t have to add in any apps. If you are looking for the newest thing from Apple I would highly recommend this item.

Easy set up, lots of apps, and simple integrations to Apple ecosystem.

Apple TV has come out with some decent- good shows of their own. 4K box set up rather easy. Redundant password entry is a little annoying but was set up in less that 20 minutes, so I can't complain. What I like about its its small enough to bring anywhere as long as their is wifi. The remote is an the small side but works as it should. The 4K picture is fabulous, no skipping or lagging.. all in all a great product.

I decided to buy this instead of buying a 4k blu ray player. It's smaller and allows me to mount behind my wallmounted TV. The digital movie business is now booming with Apple going 4k. This is a must-have.

Apple TV 4K is great for streaming my Netflix and Hulu accounts. Works great for 4K content and also for watching all my previous iTunes movie and tv show purchases. Gaming is great on this device also.

Excellent product. I purchased the box because you can install Spectrum TV app. The app works perfectly, but you can install other apps as well (most like other streaming boxes). I love the most the remote and the track pad that makes it easier and faster to navigate. A little to expensive for the functionality, but you can live with that. I would recommend the product.

I like clicking on the apps and just watching what's there. Easy to use and set up. Network connection is very easy if you have an iPhone on the same network. Just pair the phone and it will get the network details from your connection. If you have a Mac or laptop, you can extend your screen to the TV. I like working on 1 screen and having a spreadsheet open on the other. I had another, just upgraded the picture.

I bought this since I now have a 4K TV and put my previous one in the living room. I like the fact I have access to all my digital media in one place since I am in the Apple ecosystem. The picture is clean, clear, and the sound is pretty good. Also since our household is in the Apple ecosystem and we now have 2 of these it’s so easy to cast all our contents to our TVs. Only drawback is it could be cheaper in my opinion. Other than that solid product.

I bought this mostly because of the Dolby Vision support but I ended up buying another 4k and regular HD Apple TVs to replace my other streaming devices. The apps are well maintained and just work. For example, I had so many buffering problems with the DirecTV Now and HBO Go apps on every device but the Apple TV and Fire TV boxes. On these, everything worked, but picture is better on the Apple. The customization of the home screen, top picture quality and other features just make this perfect for the whole family who may not be as tech savvy. You can even make it easy for family and guests by syncing the same, clean home screen across all the Apple TVs - something that in practice is so much more valuable than I would have thought. I do wish that the siri search was more inclusive of apps. I also wish I could purchase/browse Vudu and Prime programming through the apps on the device but, right now, you still have to make the purchase on another device. Rumor is that these fixes are in the works, though I wouldn't have any way to confirm.
