Bought it and used it for my Samsung and the volume of my music was really low. Not sure if it is not compatible with androids, but it should not matter since it's an aux to type c cord.

Previously one was lost so it had to be purchased in order to use headphones. Wish phone companies would just keep headphone jacks.

It was the wrong product for my needs . I exchanged a for another product. I’m sure it was a good item - just bought the wrong thing .

I meant to get a headphone converter for my iPhone, nit really sure what this is used for but I'm sure it is useful.

We’ll Apple…you call the new IPad wired outlet a Thunderbolt…when it is in fact a USB-C. For the price, Apple should include this necessary extension so normal wired ear phones can be used.

You shouldn't have to pay that much to have a jack it should already be one

Sound quality in my vehicle was noticeably worse than other solutions. Returned.

Tried a few of these and they only last a short while. Need a heavy duty version that can withstand bending.

Ordered this adapter for a long-haul flight to Australia so I could watch movies on my iPad. Unfortunately the iPad Pro only has the one USB-C connector and so I ended up instead using a third-party adapter that also provided power to the iPad while also using headphones. Hopefully Apple will release an updated adapter which can power the iPad at the same time or add two USB-C ports to future iPad Pro models.

I have an android phone and this was recommended by an associate. My personal experience was this is absolute junk! The sound had a constant low hum, and the volume was horrible! I returned it, spent the extra money, and got a combo that also allowed charging at the same time.

The lower rating on this is because I should have to buy these stupid dongles to use my $2000 plus apple device...

I had some issues with the sound. I don't know if its the headphones or what.

If you stop your show on the iPad and start it again you have to disconnect and reconnect it for it to work. Bo

Very thin cable. I am scared to do anything with it as it may tear.

Not very good value by itself, if you could use apple music it's a good value, decent product.

So far so good, but it does not seem to allow control over volume and phone receiver.

Like any other apple accessories, it break super easily after a few month's use but what can you do...

If you want to plug in headphones you have to get this because the $1500 iPad Pro didn’t include a jack or this adapter.

This is false, I signed up to be picked ip outside and after waiting a while and no delivery, I went inside just to be told I would have to wait in the long lines to talk to someone about cancelling or finding the item to hand to me. I left the store with no merchandise at all so I never picked anything up.
