Everything pertaining to BB in Ocala, FL has been a Absolute Nightmare. Had I not purchased so many items over the years I would NEVER EVER walk in or purchased items including The Total Protection Plan.

The cord for this is very thin. I took it out and was scared to break it because how thin it was. After I plugged it into my MacBook & connected it to my headset it was not working properly even though it was the first time using it.

The adapter does not work correctly if you use android, the sound quality will be lower and much quieter. For reference, I have the Galaxy S20 Fe

I have been exceedingly happy with this adapter. It has really done a great job when I have needed to use it in my car in order to hook up my Apple iPhone to the stereo. I hate using the Bluetooth because it’s just sounds like terrible but upgrading with this type of connection worked much better. It had clearer sound, and it was much more tolerable to listen to loud noises with it because there wasn’t static it was a great price too.

Voice quality is very poor. It says works with Samsung but compromise on quality.

I could not get this to work reliably with an iPad. Purchased in hopes that my girl would be able to connect her headphones on an airplane.

I bought this on the recommendation of a sales person to connect to my aux cord in my car but it doesn't work with my Iphone 12pro max phone. The pin is the wrong size. That is why I am giving it a low rating

It doesn't work so great. I used to connect my phone to the aux cord to play music on my car radio.

This is an Apple product. It will not connect successfully to my Samsung Ultra S21. I returned it within 10min of buying it. I only purchased it based on recommendations of a Best Buy employee.

I had this product for A-day and it completely stopped working audio was too quiet. Replaced with a Ugreen adapter and worked far better.

I have an 11" ipad pro (2018-19). Don't know if this is an Apple issue or USB-C to 3.5mm adapter issue, but the volume control on the right earbud wire doesn't work (tested 3 different ear buds) with this USB-C to 3.5mm adapter.

Bought the adaptor with the headset. The whole head set is full of static. And the volume shuts off on its own.

Flat out did not work with my I pad. Purchased several of them at different times and locations.

Bought it after finding out that it works for any phone, but the sound was poor quality. Might have to be an Apple phone to work well. So, returned it and bought the google one for my htc and that works a lot better.

Awful. Quiet sound with no bass. Just awful. I'd say you get what you pay for, but you don't even get that. This is why I stay away from Apple products.

Sadly this product didn’t work well for me. I tried this with the hope it would work with my iPad Pro.

This thing is jank, apple really makes you feel like you should just be using Bluetooth.
