I'm returning this and the cord I bought with it. I bought so I could listen to Pandora thru my car radio. I have to turn the volume way up and still can't hear it. The quality is not good!

Wish this was not needed, but didn't want to get rid of my Bose corded headphone.

This product does what it is meant to, but I sure hate that I have to use it, Taking out the headphone jack is just another cash grab for Apple. I hate that I can't just plug in my favorite over the ear headphones, I have to figure out where the adapter is. And oh I know, I could just use Bluetooth headphones, only I don't want to use bluetooth headphones. If only I would bow to Apple's will, but no I will settle for the lesser evil of having to shell out $9 to Apple to "let me" use my own headphones. And then there's the fact that it is so easy to lose I am already on my second one. On a trip at the airport, and of course I forgot the thing and had to buy another one. I like my iPad Pro, I am glad to have it, but I would rather have it a little thicker or whatever, than to lose something that practically every other electronic device has had for decades. Apple is burning through good-will with things like this.

Ridiculously low volume (on samsung with usb-c), and flimsy build too. Surprising for apple. Choose a different one, I'll be returning

The adapter allows you to use standard headphones with the iPad as there is no other port

You Should wireless earphones if you don't need wired earphones

Bought the wrong jack. I can't give an honest review.

Maybe it's just me but this adapter's usb-c connector became loose fitting after a week of use. I've been trying to deal with it but it kept coming out of my phone's port so now I will be returning this item. It worked well until then.

It works, but compatible with androids or something else.

Bought the adapter and if I even adjust my phone an inch it will fall out

I gave it 2 stars because it works but it's not that good. You barely can hear anything out of them and the jack doesn't stay in my phone very well.

inconsistent volume makes for unreliable use, wouldn't recommend

Good for what it does, but a little pricy. Very easy to lose.

Needed this for my new iPad. New table doesn’t have a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Didn't work correctly gor my Samsung S21. The volume was to low , I couldn't hear very well.

thank goodness for adapters...when they do away with headphone ports you need an adapter for your old fashion headphones

Bought it cause it was the cheapest among adapters. Didn't work with my headphones since apparently the DAC doesn't register with gaming headsets??? Decided to continue using it with my earphones and now I've been having issues with connecting to my phone. I have an android so maybe that's a factor, but it's an adapter. It should work with anything...

I still use old school wired earbuds :) and needed this adapter so I could use my headphone jack buds. Works perfect.
