Although I have not had the need to use this cable for my car's stereo system (since it does not have and aux 3mm phono jack). But it I do need it I will have it.

works as expected connecting 3.5mm headphones, think this should be included with devices but it does what its suppose to.

My rating is only based for Android devices. Employee told me this adapter works with Android because the usb-c is a universal connector. I was skeptical about this but trusted his word. Now he was correct about the usb-c being universal, however Apple has and still seems to limit their products just for Apple. Plugging in adapter only allowed a small beep or click noise. No audio signal passed through and the Android phone didn't even register a headphone connected. Adapter was replugged to phone, even turned the adapter upside down and still no register of the adapter. Because of this I had no choice but to return this useless to me adapter and buy one from another store (Target) that actually states it supports Android. If Bestbuy had an adapter for Android I would have purchased it but unfortunately this Apple adapter is all they stock.

Absolutely necessary if you have a samsung phone to be able to use headsets

Awesome for use with new iPad Pro. Great for a wired audio connection when blue tooth may not cut it or headphones are dead.

I HAD NOT REALIZED I WOULD NEED AN ADAPTOR FOR MY iPAD 12.9" 2018. THANKFULLY APPLE HAD AN ADAPTOR FOR MY BOSE EAR BUDS!!!

Does exactly what you think it does. A must for new phone users that still need a aux jack
