    It works, but only changes ability of the iPad; does NOT enhance usability. Now can't charge my iPad while listening on headphones. Get a dual splitter cable or hub instead.

    I bought this adapter in hopes of plugging in a external mic to my go pro fusion. It not only did not work but it crashed my camera even. Thankfully no damage. Opted for a external recorder now. Wire is cheap and flimsy feeling. Doesn't feel quality.
