I asked the employee for a samsung adapter, i didn't pay attention and by the time i noticed it was for Apple i had already left the store. It doesn't work very well with Samsung.

My headphone jack adapter broke less than 2 months after I bought it. I purchased this adaptor recently to replace an old one. While I understand that this product isn't designed to live forever (the version I previously got from Google lasted about 9 months or so), I didn't expect the version from Apple to break so easily. It's very dissatisfying, especially for the premium price Best Buy asks for it.

The audio was extremely low i have a samsung s22 ultra wasn't what i was expecting.

Don't know if its normal for these lil' guys but the volume was very low.

Its terrible don't waste your time or money. You lose too much quality thru the two piece connection. I had to jack my radio up to 25 when I usually listen at around 15 to 19. Zero bass and all highs. Just go on amazon and buy the straight USB-C to 3.5mm because Best Buy doesn't apparently carry them in store. I now have absolutely crystal clear sounds and wonderful deep bass

Since they eliminated the headphone Jack this is really a must to purchase.

Sound output was not that great, pretty average but does work!

It only worked for 1 hour. Then I tried to use it again and my phone only acknowledged it as a charger. And it does it will all devices it connects to. Should have known since it was so cheap.

It works though would be nice if it weren't necessary

Its a card reader. Does that. Price is high buy it open box our used

Only allows half volume. Music is inaudible. Complete waste of money. Apple sucks.

Needed to plug in my headphone to Macbook and Iphone. Works great.

Love the product but hate that you have to use it for the ipone.

Didnt work on my Android, the vendor told me it would still be compatible, downloaded an app to help Android detect this new USB-C material but it didnt work

If you use your IPad for music at all, it’s a good investment

Apple should be embarrassed, I'm so mad they would even sell trash like this. Used this for the first time yesterday and the cable is so unbelievably thin and fragile it will fail almost immediately even under the lightest use cases such as mine where bluetooth/wireless is not an option and the adapter simply connects an iPad resting on a music stand.

I wish Apple would give these things away for free, but who are we kidding. It’s apple

poor sound forced to buy since newer phone no longer has a jack I exchanged it out thinking the first one was bad, but they both are bad

It’s too quiet. The sound is significantly worse than my headphone Jack used to be on my Samsung S10. Was really dissatisfied.
