Works as intended. Doesn’t seem like it will hold up for durability that long though

Sales rep assured me, as this was USB-C to female headphone jack, it would work. Didn't matter if it was Apple product. Samsung adapter not available at store. Took it to the parking lot, hooked it up to my phone, no sound, immediately returned it.

I bought this to use with the Square card swiper and it's very inconvenient. It doesn't quite fit into my pixel phone and keeps slipping out.

It clearly states si on the box: compatible with devices using ios. I bought this for my Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra and it was a huge mistake. The sound level is attenuated by at least 75%. DO NOT use this device on anything else except Apple devices and that being more recent vintage Apple devices according to the label. This is yet another prime example of how Apple lives in their own little world and won't play nice with anything else except their products. That is why I avoid anything Apple like the plague.

I bought a 2017 MacBook Pro which the new USB-C port. I purchased the adapter so my earphones would work with my laptop and the adapter doesn't work. The adapter is an Apple product but when I plug them into my computer the sound still comes out of the computer not out the earphones. Very frustrating. $9 is a lot for a small adapter but not enough to waste making a trip to return them. These adapters should have come with the computer when purchased since Apple changed the design.

There’s 2 issues that happen every time the iPad Pro is locked while this adapter is plugged in. When you unlock the iPad, the facial recognition and wireless internet don’t work. They are fixed by unplugging the adaptor and plugging it back in. I’m hoping there’s a software update that will fix this bug.

this product outputs half the sound you'd normally have. I just switched to android from an iPhone and this dongle doesn't produce the correct amount of volume.

Terrible sound. Does not work with Android devices or with non Apple earphones.

This headphone jack turned out to be for android phones, NOT apple. I was shocked when it wouldn’t fit in the port because it was packaged in legitimate Apple packaging.
