Just the trick for wired headphones

Great device, annoyed that it is needed

It is darn annoying that neither the iPhone X’s nor new iPad Pro come with a standard audio jack for regular earbuds. Also, that, in its absence, one cannot use earbuds and have the iPhone plugged in to charge. Oddly the new MacBook Pro does have a standard audio jack plus 4 USB-C. new iPad Pro has only a single USB-C. Enter this little adapter. Clean and crisp, excellent audio throughput. Annoying to have to carry two sets of earbuds— Lightning for iPhone and old standards for the other devices. When AirPods audio clarity improves, that’ll be next. Meantime, this does the patch job.

Pretty decent for price

Unfortunately I need this adapter because phones dont have a aux jack anymore. The audio gets a suppressed alot. For example my old phone with a aux jack in my truck. Going past volume 18 was loud. Hitting around 24 was ear piercing. With this however I can go to the max volume of 31 and wish it went higher. I would recommend as it's better than listening to random songs on the radio.
