    The new macs need more inputs. This worked as it was supposed to. There are always cheap options but the Apple stuff always seems to work best.

    This adapter does what is suppose to do. As you use the mac book pro you will realize that your best adapter is the apple multi use which has USB, HDMI and USB-C
