If you agree that Apple products are superior and worth a slightly higher investment cost than why would you dare risk using anything other than the Accesories made by the same manufacturer of the product your buying them for? Not to mention their life expectancy is much longer than the cheaper knock-off brands.

It is just what I needed. I didn’t like that it’s $20, but eventually usb c will be the future of all cables and connectors.

Apple has the best products for all their iPhones.

Bought the adaptor for the new computer and I have been able to back up the computer files with no problem.

It works fine on my daughter's Macbook. Only complaint is that I had to buy it separately instead of it coming with the Macbook.

WOW is all I can say for this little add on. I switched from a MacBook Pro Retina display to the MacBook Pro lightning port model and had NO CLUE how much of a necessity USB ports actually are. If you own the MacBook Pro lightning port model, this accessory is a MUST BUY.

Easy to use on all devices. Too bad they didn't;t just stay with a standard connection!

Does what it needs to do. I thought I could do without a USB adapter with my MacBook Pro, but this proved invaluable during travel.

I purchased a new apple MacBook air, Best buy recommended that I buy this connector, so I di and I am glad, when the wi-fi was down the only way to print was to connected directly to the printer, and the only way to do that is with this connector, and only cost $18 dollars

This product is necessary to use a USB drive with my MAC. Haven't had any trouble. However, if it comes down to it you can't be charging your laptop and using the adapter at the same time. Makes sense...until your computer battery is dead and you need it to transfer a file to your USB drive. #poorplanning

Useful adapter, especially for travel, for numerous electronic devices

It felt njects my hard drive a memory reader in a snap. It's expensive especially cause you probably need two or three at least.

A necessary piece of kit for any user/tech dealing with older and newer Mac laptops.

No standard USB ports on the newer Macs, this adapter is a necessity. Especially if your connecting older tech.

Bought to use it with my MacBook. Convenient and does its job!

Are used it in between regular wires so I do not know if it’s able to do what it supposed to do which is to help fast charge because it’s not being used with a direct fast charger wire so it’s hard to give it a bad review were a good review because you’re not using it necessarily the way it was meant to be used but overall it is working that I will say I am getting a charge on my phone
