The 5 stars are not for the adapter, it is an overpriced apple product. The 5 stars are for how quickly BestBuy adapted to the covid situation. I bought this online and they brought it out to my car 20 minutes later, couldn't be easier.

Best buy sells good quality products and has a good service. I purchased 2 apple computers and one of them came defective. I was able to return it within the return period. The customer service was very good. The employees are knowledgeable and are good making recommendations as well.

I've had problems with adapters causing issues with file transfers. This worked fantastic.

This is a must have if you got a new Macbook pro 2021. I got two so I can run an External Blu ray drive and for use with my Gaming headphones, PS4 controller, Older external Hdd.

Usb-c-to-usb Adapter is definitely a good product but it needs to be a necessary product to be sold along with the mac.

Apple produces a great product and you pay for it. But worth it for sense of security and reliability.

It's kind of dumb that you need this but it gets the job done. Never had any issues with it recognizing usb devices.

it's not bests buy's fault, but these things are kind of the worst. you need them because apple took away USB ports from their laptops, and then you have to buy these every few months when they stop working and/or corrupt the data of whatever was plugged in. anyways, if you take care of it, it can last you maybe a year.

This adapter allowed me to connect my computer to my printer.

I use this cable when I need to connect to USB devices when I am not working off my dock at home. It does its job.
