it works but its very short this is the second one .i bought the first one stopped working from bent cable

The adapter works as intended, the cable is flexible and it plugs in cleanly. I just use one with a 4 port USB hub and I have everything I need. Got an extra just in case I need it...

Works well with my macbook pro 2017 and all my regular usb devices. Minus 1 star for the price.

It’s exactly what I needed to hook my MacBook Air to my Samsung monitor. I like a larger screen than the 13.5” that came with the MacBook Air.

I used this to connect a portable hard drive to my iPad Pro, the iPad quickly detects the drive and I’m able to use it for my needs. Keep in mind if you do connect a hard drive to your iPad, it will drain the battery quicker than normal

This device worked flawlessly with the new MBP 16". This is a must have for the newer style Macs. I'm never excited about the price of these things according to the prestige of Apple, but OEM is always the best choice. JE

I use this Adapter to be able to connect my MacBookPro to a DVD player. I had some incapability issues connecting DVD player to Laptop with other Apple Adapters (believe it or not :))) This one is a very basic Adapter but performing great!

I had previously purchased a cable that came with HDMI, USB-C, USB, and micro SD and it worked fine for the price. Then I wanted to upload pictures to my computer from a USB memory and wow, it took forever to upload into my MAC. Decided to try out the Apple USB connection…Apple USB uploaded in seconds. Totally recommend if ure uploading many pictures or info from USB into a computer.

Since Apple decided not to install USB ports in their laptops you have to have something. This allows you to plug in at least that something. Apple just opened an aftermarket since they were too cheap to give us USB ports.

For those who have USB-C ports only and an accessory that connects via legacy USB, this is a must-get.

Useful for being able to use legacy USB devices with newer MacBook Pro. Clunky to have to always use.

If you have the new MacBook Pro getting this piece is a necessity. Overall it does exactly what I need it to do.

I bought this when I purchased my new MacBook. You will need this unless you plan to buy all new cables. But I think this is the most economical choice. I mostly use this for my printer cable, but it works for any cable/cord that is a USB.

I recently bought a MacBook Pro not realizing their new USB sizes and this has come in very helpful.
