This little adapter works great with the new MacBook air since it has the new USB-C port, I can still use my new MacBook with older USB drives.

Light weight and easy to store in bag. Couldn’t find one that was compatible and this one didn’t cost as much either

Seeing the MacBook Air doesn't have USB ports I was bummed out but I decided to get the MacBook Air either way. The this adapter can come in handy when you have any android devices that you need to import photos or and type of data from.

This product works as it should. I feel it shouldn’t be needed this early in the USB-C world, but it works.

I’m so used to plugging things with usb into my computer so buying a new computer made it hard to do so because it no longer had the usb space on it. I wish apple would have left it on but since they didn’t this adapter comes in handy a lot.

It is too bad that we need to keep all the adapters cables around. They do become a necessity and create more spending on our part.

unfortunately the new MacBook air only has 2 usb c's but no usb's...so this was a must buy

I really like the access that this USB connector gives me, has allowed me to transfer items.

I found my iPads to not have the speed and capabilities of a laptop, which led me to purchase the MacBook Pro. I've had it for several months now and absolutely love it. My husband has one as well and it's working like a champ. Highly recommend.

This is necessary as there aren't a lot of devices that have USB C cable readiness, like all cameras and SD card adapters. Since MacBooks no longer come with card reader slots and DVD players/writers don't have USB C cables, it is necessary to have.

I use this cable to connect an apple external dvd drive to my macbook pro. So far no problems. Works great.

This is just like when everyone needed to buy adaptors for the iPhone 5 when the chargers changed! This is just technology getting more advanced yet they want to make some money out of it so they made it so you'll need An adapter to plug your phone into your laptop! This works well! The function of this device is prestine. Just at a slight inconvenience that you have to buy it seperately from the new MacBooks itself. Other than that it's not bad! Would recommend!

Very useful since most charges are changing to usb-c

The MacBook Pro does not have any USB so this is a great way to use your USB devices and the price is great

Needed to transfer some work to USB, found it very happy with the purchase!

Wish Apple would make less conspicuous dongles (like dudesgadget), but it gets the job done and only cost $10.
