If you have any of the new Apple products, you always need adapters. This adapter helps me load files from a USB stick to my various devices. These are so handy, I used to travel with a standard set of adapters (pre-COVID-19).

This USB to USB-c adapter works great. Picked this up to be able to use my external hard drive with my MacBook. No connectivity problems at all even with an older hard drive.

I bought this so I could use my Anker power bank to charge my MacBook Pro 2018 but it didn't work unfortunately. I kept it to use for my other accessories that don't have a USB-C connector so even though it didn't serve it's original purpose I am still happy!

I purchased this for my new MacBook Air. It works exactly like it’s suppose to.

I was a little worried purchasing a Mac, and not having a USB port on it, the associate I spoke with told me about the USB adaptor and my worries were eased. I like that it can plug into either side of the laptop and so far I have not had any issues with it. It does what it's supposed to do!

Works as expected. I use it with a USB dongle for a mouse. I have had no issues. Works everytime. Also have used it with a portable hard drive. Speed is good and it is typical Apple quality.

Beware many 3rd party USB adaptors may not convey all USB functions, for example a cheap Samsung adaptor works for USB signal, but not power (i.e. cannot charge an iPad while configuring it). This genuine Apple adaptor just works for everything, properly.

First time Mac user so I didn’t know I needed an additional piece to be able to plug in a usb . You would think after spending $1,200 on a laptop it would include this but no Apple charges for everything it’s done it’s job though

Works great. We have a new 2019 MacBook Air. With those they only have two USB-C slots so with this accessory we can easily use items that just have the standard USB connection. Bit expensive for what it is but it is quality.

Had an external hard drive with a lot of music and pics on it. Does not have wifi or bluetooth connection, needed something to access with the MacBook Pro. This adapter did the trick. If you have devices that are USB this adapter is a must to get to those files.

Works awesome, yet the sales person tried to tell me that you can only use an Apple mouse to control an Apple computer which would have cost so much more.

Since I have older USB thumb drives, I needed an adapter to use them with my new computers. It works great!

It definitely did what it was meant to do, haven’t had any issues as of yet.

I bought two of these so that my daughter could connect USB devices such as an external USB drive or an external USB stick for her to save her work on while attending college. This was the perfect adapter to get the job done, highly recommend.

Got a new Apple desktop, and needed this USB to USB-C jumper to plug in a disc drive to the desktop.

I new that since I was getting a new Mac computer I would need an adaptor since previous MacBook Pro used usb-a, and this computer uses usb-c. Since I got new adaptor it has worked perfectly with all previous usb-a products.
