    I love how i can charge my phone while in. lads and it’s pretty cheap for the add on though i wish the laptop had it but it’s good

    The current MacBook only comes with ThunderBolt 3/USB-C ports. This adapter is necessary for connecting any older USB cables and devices. Works as expected.

    Not to make too fine a point, but you literally make usb to usb-c connections with this adapter. Works perfectly.

    Allows you to connect your old standard USB products (printers, cameras, hard drives, etc) to the new Apples with only USB-C inputs. Works perfectly.

    The new MacBook has nothing but firewire connections. This is a necessary handy connector to have, as most other connectors at this time is still USB.

    I am not a fan of apple removing the USB ports however I had to buy the apple usb to usb c port converter to plug in my external hard drive.
