Exactly what I needed.

I was originally sold a HyperDrive, a product designed to provide multiple inputs and adapt them to the USB C inputs. The SuperDrive never worked with it. I have since learned I need this more direct and simple connector to provide the power needed for the SuperDrive. It worked perfectly.
