The individual helping me did not know why my devices would not fit into it. I replaced it with a non Apple device that worked.

Overpriced and very hard to get out of the compute

Go on Amazon you can get a really nice one for half the price that has USB ports and the ScanDisk port. Also the staff at this Best Buy has really gone down hill nasty rude arrogant.

BB search named wrong part

Part didn’t fit. Called Apple. Told there is no adapter for IPad Air. Returned part. Should have called Apple first.

None of my USB devices fit

I cannot fit my USB compatible device into the USB slot. None of them. I tried several. Best buy has a 14-day return policy so I missed the window.

You should not need this

Apple missed the mark on their new Macbook pros, and now we are forced to buy (and lose) these little pieces of joy.

I didn't actually use it as I knew I would need a more useful hub.

Pointless purchase

I got it home realizing I still needed a double male USB to get it to work and I didn't have one in my wire box. Returned this and purchased a USBc male to USB male cable.

Did not work when I tried printing
