I prefer this Velcro Nike band to original.

I’ve only had the original silicone Nike band with the holes. While I like the original, I felt like I was in between two notches and it was either too tight or too loose. This Velcro band allows you to quickly adjust on the Fly during a workout and is easier to move up and down your wrist to compensate for things like pushups- which can cause some discomfort on your wrist if not adjusted properly.

Easy to switch out my white band for the black band for winter. Flexible band is very comfortable to wear 24/7 even while sleeping.
