When it comes to smart watches, there really is no competition. The Apple Watch simple dominates the segment and the 3rd gen with cellular is a big step forward but at the same time an incremental upgrade. The big step is battery life, with normal to moderate use it goes easily 2 to 3 days on a charge. My first gen could only make it about 12 to 15 hours or about 1 days use. Things open much faster over the first gen, but if your coming from a second gen you might not notice much difference. It sucks you have to pay an extra monthly fee ($10) on your cell bill for the Apple Watch, but if you’re ever in a situation and you lose your phone and you only have your watch to make a call I guess it’ll be worth it.

I was hesitant to buy the apple watch series 3 at first because I wasn't sure if I would like it. I have had a FitBit forever so that is what I'm used to. I decided to buy one and I really do like it! It has everything my FitBit had + more. My only complaint is I wish the battery on the apple watch series 3 lasted a little bit longer. It normally will last a day and a half, and I was used to 3-4 days on my FitBit. Other than that, it's perfect. I bought the watch that had the cellular option so now I only pay an extra $10 a month on my phone bill (I have Verizon) to be apple to make calls/texts. I am an avid runner so the option to go running without my phone because the cellular allows the GPS to work on it's on was a big seller for me. The moving backgrounds you can chose for the watch faces are super cute as well like the Toy Story clock face. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase, I'd recommend this product :)

I love this Apple Watch, I use to own a Fitbit and I always had trouble with syncing my Fitbit. This watch does everything a more then I expected it to do. I can read and reply to text messages I can make and answer calls. The only thing I wish is that the battery life was a bit longer, I mean I can go all day basically without charging it if I don't use it for text messaging or phone calls, but I wish it could last at least 3 days if you don't use those functions, but I still am happy with my purchase and I would recommend this to anyone that is looking at this Watch.

Upgraded from Apple Watch 2 to this watch so that I wouldn’t have to have my phone with me. I love it except some of the apps still require the phone to be with you

The watch is great. It has it all! I can leave my phone down and just use my watch. There is a lot you can do on it. The "Midnight Fog" color strap was not what I was expecting. It is a true navy blue color. But being able to change that out is nice.

I upgraded from the series 2 to the series 3 with cellular. And I am so happy. The upgrade wasn’t necessary but I gave my boyfriend my old one and I am very pleased!

This watch is amazing! The cellular feature is exactly what I needed from this watch. It is definitely an upgrade from the Series 2. Highly recommended!

Phone calls are crystal clear... notifications are great,no need for my phone. Wish you could run spotify or other type of music besides apples

Upgraded my series 2 for a series 3, mainly so I can go for a run without my phone. I love it. Pairing the cell service was a bit of a problem, but that was because the verizon people I spoke with were clueless.

This was a compliment to my daughter’s iPhone and MacBook. She really enjoys the ability to text from the watch and if she chooses to, be able to get phone calls and leave her phone in her dorm room.

Pay the extra and get the cellular. I use it for runs that way I don’t need to bring my phone. I can also control music for the classes I teach from my watch. Texting and talking is easy. Highly recommend

Activity tracker is great, Cellular is awesome when I exercise. Messaging on my wrist. There is a small set back, when I am too far away from the phone it does not switch to cellular very quickly

This is my second apple watch. I had the 1rst generation and I love my 3rd generation. It is so nice to be able to take a call if I leave my phone at home.

I love this watch. I wear it always. Tracks my sleep. Can play music and answer phone without having my phone. Love love love

Greatest watch ever! You don’t have to have your cell phone near you anymore. Love the Velcro watch band. Secured but easy off and on.

The cellular feature is perfect for those that don’t take their phones everywhere they go.

Had fitbit and decided to upgrade to apple watch. The cellular option is nice to have. It is nice to answer and send texts without your iphone. Dont like the Nike band and will be getting different one beside a NIke band!
