I did not look at the reviews before making this purchase and I blame myself. I do not like this watch because it cannot go two full days on a charge. It has to be charged every other day which to me is very frustrating. I am a teacher and I need to be on time with my students and my assignments. It is very frustrating to look at my watch and believe that it will tell me the time only to realize that it has died in the middle of the day so I always have to have my old watch on standby for when this happens which means I need to continue to wear “old faithful “ everyday anyway. Will I recommend this to anyone, certainly NOT!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish that I could return this watch plus the extras that I bought after making this purchase! Not a happy customer!

My apple watch had a swollen battery that cracked and popped up the screen. The geek squad rep at Best Buy @ Jersey City made me wait for more than half an hour, and when I looked for him, he was doing something else. He did not care at all and he said that they could not do anything about it. Additionally, the watch zoomed in and I could not control it. I sent it to Apple, and the technician said that they could not find anything wrong. So, the same problem was repeated after I received the Apple watch.

I purchased this item to track my heart rate and it is very inconsistent. When contacting Apple regarding the issue they told me I should probably use a backup heart rate monitor for accuracy. The steps on the heart app and the resting heart rate are way off from my activity app. Waste of money!

I thought because of the price I needed to have this watch, but unfortunately this Watch does not hold a charge you can’t hear clearly when you try to talk out of the watch. I would not recommend the watch to anyone.

I was cheated by Bestbuy. I bought an apple gift card from bestbuy, but they gave me a different gift card (not the one I bought). as the serial numbers does not match, i cannot redeem, and it cannot be solved by Bestbuy or Apple (I tried many times). and Bestbuy even did not this is a mistake. And with these serial number not matching, i cannot return the gift card. Is Bestbuy's new business model? make profits by cheating customers? I promise not to buy anything from bestbuy.

Watch screen was broken within a week. I think it was a manufacture defect, but without purchasing Apple Care, I have a $400 paperweight.

Replacements for Apple Watch. Great performance and the fact that It is waterproof makes it great!!

Purchased for Xmas. Very disappointed... unable to pair it with iPhone. On phone with Apple support for an hour, a possible defect. My son was disappointed for Xmas. Plan to return

This is supposedly for working out with but it was not built for athletes, the screen is unusable after you work up a sweat. The nike app and other running apps constantly crash during runs and completely ruin my mileage tracking. The old Nike TomTom watch had a nice slap feature for interval training that is nowhere on this watch, and the lap timer on this one is terrible, trying to fiddle with it to make the screen turn back on and push a screen button to do a lap count (which doesn't work because I am too sweaty at this point). This watch does alright for office use and displaying notifications when I get a message or call but as a athletic watch it falls on its face.

I bought this was a special Christmas gift for my son. The screen cracked in three weeks and was unusable within 4 weeks. The cost to repair would be almost the same as buying a new watch. Have bought apple products for years but will have to rethink buying another one. How can they sell a product that has not warrranty for even 30 days. Disappointed in this company and Best Buy!
