Not sure if I need to adjust the settings, (was set up for me at the store) but the battery barely lasts two days. Considering retyrhe watch.

Asume watch but if you going to make the purchase just get the cellular watch that way you can use it even if your not around you phone

The strap is better than the standard one, but not worth the extra money when there are so many 3rd party options out there.

Color is different we want pure black but it’s grey

Messages won’t alert to watch. So I took it back an got my money back

I’ve had is for a while, going on a year and for some reason it just doesn’t stay charge, like I’ll charge it and it will say full but only stay on for about 30 mins. So i only use it when i workout but besides that it just charges.

I am so disappointed. I purchased my first Apple Watch 3 months ago and loved it. However, the screen cracked within 2 months. I did not purchase AppleCare....so I was out of luck as cost to fix is almost the same as purchase price. So...I decided to purchase a new one with AppleCare. The screen cracked 4 days after I purchased it. I have been so disgusted that I haven’t even sent it to Apple for repair / replacement. I work outside for a living and have decided the Apple Watch is not built for blue color people. I do not recommend this product to anyone who is involved in any physical activity. Thus, what is the point in owning this product?

Was Not much satisfied with the watch. It has very less charging compared to other workout gears. Can't be used for long endurance workouts as it drains away very fast. No use of this is there is no Iphone.

Never buy open box at Best Buy unless u are using it right then and there and make sure it works - bought a watch for daughter for Xmas and they didn’t want to replace it after it was a gift and not gonna be hooking it up yet and so I had to play hell to get a new one they wanted me to send it In to fix it and it was suppose to be open box just like new ! Bad experience - bc holiday rules I guess it has to be within 30 days - BS !!

I’m a big fan of Apple products. Their phones and AirPods are solid. Purchased this watch impulsively for myself as a tax season gift. The watch syncs well with my iPhone and AirPods. However, streaming and powering up is slow. The fitness apps are completely inaccurate. Being a huge fitness nut was the rationalization for buying one. Very disappointed. Had several fitbits that were spot on each and every exercise session. This watch is too expensive and offers nothing to the fitness buff.

Only good for telling time and reminding you how hot it is out side. Also makes you a bit paranoid about your heart rate. A pass in my opinion.

It worked fine for a year and then during a shift of residence I missed charging and using it for a month and it won't charge up and run again? I get the 'Snake on a ladder' symbol whenever I get to charge it. Unfortunately, there is no way to open this thing up or replace the battery. Repair costs compete with brand new device pricing. So, am in catch 22 now.
