The screen is advertised as crack resistant yet mine somehow broke within 3 weeks. I didn’t drop it or abuse it but must have bumped something while wearing it as it now has a small hairline crack across the face so half the screen doesn’t work. I bought it on sale for $229 which was the exact price to get it fixed. Before it cracked it seemed pretty cool, but I wasn’t able to use it long enough to find out. If you buy make sure to get a protective case or buy the warranty otherwise you’ll have a really expensive digit watch.

One welcome thing to note price-wise is that the GPS-only model has a much lower launch price than the Apple Watch 2 (which is now off-sale), yet brings an upgraded chipset and altimeter to the mix. It’s not a massive upgrade, but is great considering it's cheaper yet better than the previous model. The Apple Watch 3 was launched on September 22 2017, and should be the most current model for at least a year, if not longer.

Breathable band and sporty, but you can wear this watch with any outfit (and in the pool!). Bought this for my husband for Father's Day and he loves it. He had the same watch, but unfortunately cracked the screen when he accidentally dropped it outside. It was more than $200 to replace the screen. Be sure you purchase Apple Care! With the new watch ew invested in Apple Care this time. Lesson learned.

Love the functionality of this watch. Battery lasts all day and screen is viewable in sun light.

I am a casual runner who was using a Garmin watch (Forerunner 230). I got the Apple Watch as a Christmas gift, so my initial intention was to focus on the watch’s run tracking. The more I learn about this watch, the more I appreciate its features. Despite Series 4 being the newest one, Series 3 has plenty of awesome features. With Nike Run Club app, this watch has been a great replacement for my Garmin watch.

Can get activity heart rate steps texts answer phone and more without pulling out iPhone. Perfect
