Love the watch.. I have a big ol' problem with it though. It lacks the 'always on' display. If it had that, I'd be all about this watch. I ended up with the series 6.

It’s very average, if you have never had a Apple Watch this is a good start but if you have a series 4-6 just get the 7 or keep your own watch, you have more features after all

Very nice quality and great apps. Unfortunately the battery life is not good, won’t last 24 hours without charge. If they design an extended battery life it would be 5 stars

This watch is a good value for those wanting a newer Apple watch, however it just was not for me. Coming from a Series 3, I felt that this watch was too light and the case felt a bit cheap. Additionally, the 44mm size is just way too large to fit comfortable on my wrists (and I do not have small wrists) I ended up returning this for the Series 7 41mm, which has a very slightly smaller screen but much smaller overall case size.

The band constantly comes undone…and it dropped once and cracked the screen. A week later the whole watched fried.

The watch is cool and fashionable. The color is nice. The fit is comfortable. The only issue I have is battery life, I would expect the battery life in an Apple Watch to last longer than it actually does. Even after implementing battery-saving measures (turning off raise to wake, making sure to turn off exercise modes, closing background apps) I still only get a day and a half. Prior to taking those measures I only got one day's use. This seems unacceptable from Apple.

I ended up returning this watch after my wife expressed disinterest in the rose gold effect. she was hoping for more of a gold look and this one let us down.

I am pleased with the watch but not with the in-store experience. This watch was purchased for my 86 year old husband mainly for the fall emergency notification. I asked for assistance with demonstrating how to use the watch. The woman said it's easy to use and if you need help, you need to pay the Geek Squad. The only reason I went to Best Buy was the high quality of service we previously experienced. This experience would not entice me to ever purchase from this store again.

Great for their price but sometimes open box is tricky …. It was missing the charging cable which is an essential part for making the device work

There are a lot of helpful and interesting features on this watch. The only downfall is it runs out of power faster than I had expected.

it was ok but i thought that it was way too expensive when there's other watches in the market that can do the same for less.

Randomly screen opened and now watch does not work

The band continues to fall off. Apple should have provided a more secure band for the amount of money spent.

Its a decent watch. Not the best when tracking fitness, only reads heart rate occasionally. Terrible at tracking time standing.

An iPhone on your wrist. Addicted to technology this is a must. Need to they’ll the time other watches will do.

Did not like the color of the band. Does not look good in real life ( picture is deceiving)

Actually it’s not the watch that is the issue. This was a Christmas present for our daughter and we specifically requested space gray and that’s what we were told we got, however when she unwrapped it it was the pink one. She does love the watch but when we bought it we were told it was the Space Gray. Good Customer Service starts with paying attention to detail and making sure the customer gets what they asked for.

It’s okay. What I really wanted was the Cellular device one. When I bought it for my birthday the employee didn’t really describe them correctly. And I worked at Best Buy before in Saugus. And she didn’t give me the correct Apple Watch. And I left it alone because it was a birthday gift. Just next time hire people that know about the product and not lie about it so people can buy it.

Does the basic functions need for a smart watch. Comforatble on wrist.

Like it a lot. I will recommend this to family and friends.
