I’ve had this watch for a few months now, and recently used it while swimming for the first time. After a few minutes in the water, the side button and Digital Crown become unresponsive.

This particular version of the Apple Watch has a horrible battery. Doesn’t last longer than 8 hours. In hindsight I wish I had spent the extra money for the better watch.

The review is not about the Apple Watch. I purchased this as an open box item and was absolutely disgusted. I received a watch that was in “excellent “ condition but the back of the watch and the band was caked in someone else’s sweat crusties. I did clean it up and attempt to pair the watch with my phone but couldn’t since it was still locked from the original purchaser. I returned it the same day I received it and bought a new non-open box watch. I will never trust another open box item from Best Buy again!

Bought a watch online for instore purchase and it charged for a day and didn’t come on so I took it to the Best Buy and exchanged it. New watch arrived and it still wouldn’t charge so I went and bought a new cord and charging block and jf still wouldn’t come on. It wouldn’t pair and only displayed that it needed to charge. So even though I really wanted an Apple Watch it’s no use for me to keep a watch that wouldn’t work.

The watch works good but the battery life is not good it only last 1 day have to charge it everyday you would think for the money it would last a lot longer

Wrong watch was sent! No Cellular. 3 trips to the Best Buy stores and still could not get what was wanted.

I have purchased parts tHAT NEEDED TO AN ITEM I HADS ALREADY PURCHased in the past and they worked oKAY. I'm not happy with the bubbles on the watch face

The original bands do not work. It slides straight through and won’t fasten. I bought another band and it works!

It's cool because it's apple, but honestly get something else, the battery life does NOT make this thing worth it.

It’s pretty good on the usage, just battery doesn’t last very long. Connectivity with the iPhone is pretty good.

She told me it was a cell service watch when in fact it was not. So I was not able to put service on the watch.

I thought this would be an upgrade from a cheaper heart rate monitor but it is not. It’s extremely difficult to pair with just about any workout app. Typically it requires you to use a 3rd party app on your phone that never works. For example it can’t reliably display simple HR data to Zwift, a common cycling trainer. A $20 HR monitor works better.

I’m not happy with the range of distance when I do not have my cell phone on me. Disappointed.

I have had problems with this watch from day one. Now it’s not even charging. Come on Apple!

We ordered 2 watches online for store pickup. At the store encountered many problems, took a long time to finally get the purchase to go through. In the end we traded our old apple watches in, but once we got home, we noted that only credit for one watch was received; probably will not use this service again.

I miss my Fitbit versa. Really inaccessible, hard to maneuver. Settings are set up stupidly. Usually when I get technology, I get excited. This is the lamest piece of apple equipment. Genuinely thought I’d love this so I stupidly threw the box away, bc who knew the 15th apple product I’ve ever had would be the worst, but I wish I could return this.

Bought this as a Christmas gift, wife loves when it works. In short going to return it tomorrow

The product is good but the curbside pickup was ridiculous. I wont ever do curbside again.
